The shop was very supportive of my bicycle purchasing journey from research to actualization. I ultimately decided to purchase a Red Barn bike that arrived with several defects. The shop quickly and apologetically serviced the bike and fixed the issues. Thank you to Rachel and Dan for their help throughout the whole process. Without their help, I would have returned the Red Barn bike.

What I liked the most has definitely been the outstanding customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff have been extremely helpful in selecting new bicycles and associated gear. The Trek products in the shop also appear to be top end, sleek, and very high quality. Good variety/ selection also.

The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. The service department does fantastic work. There’s a good selection of bikes, parts and gear on hand at the store, and the staff knows what else can be ordered if you need something they don’t carry.
Service was spot on. Rachel gave me full explanation of all issues and what parts needed to be changed. I was kept in the loop as the service team took care of working on the bike.
