The trek mtb lineup offers a great balance between modern geo, etc. and an affordable price point at all skill/bike levels. My first experience with service at the chapel hill store couldn't be better. The staff talked the talk and backed it up with knowledgeable/great service and fixed my quirky bottom bracket issue promptly.

Rachel was very helpful - was able to replace a back tire on my son's bike immediately and made some other safety-related suggestions and repairs. I wasn't expecting an immediate fix, so this was a terrific surprise. She was very nice and knowledgeable, plus didn't try to upsell with other, unnecessary stuff.
