The staff at Trek Chapel Hill goes above and beyond. They're kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My son had a crash on his mountain bike the day before the final race of the season and the staff here stayed late to repair the bike to make sure it was safe and race ready. That was our latest experience, but it's just one of many great experiences with this shop. Can't thank this team enough for their hard work and willingness to help!

This place is fantastic and the products are top-notch! As someone who has ridden bicycles since I could stand on two feet (BMX, flatland, fixie, MTB, etc I have always been highly in support of bikes I could work on myself with parts that were somewhat universal. But I had no idea how far bikes have come in the last 10 years and Trek makes an exceptional product. The attention details, the cohesiveness, the design and the experience our second to none! I see how much further I can push myself with the right equipment. The Chapel Hill location specifically hosts a knowledgeable, friendly staff that from the first minute I walked in the door, made me feel welcome as I start my journey into serious road cycling! Lots of good information, feedback, advice with no awkwardness for superiority vibes. Fantastic team here! Some repairs I needed were done quickly and honestly by Rachel, who walked me through the process and didn’t pressure me to spend money I didn’t need to super chill and easy to work with. They are all quick to offer solutions without overwhelming, and very personable. I think this is the start of something great for me and I hope others find the same joy as I do at this location! 110% would recommend and will be back (especially since I have a loaner while my bike is being fixed xD. Thanks again team Chapel Hill!)

The tech took My son’s bike right away and found the issue right away. Made my son’s day as he was itching to get back on his bike. That is why I mostly by trek bikes and own five of them.

We would like specifically highlight the services aspect. We were really impressed with the way, Brian at Trek Chappel hill treated us really well and worked with us to pick the correct bike. He was very patient to answer all our questions and let us try different bikes and sizes and helped us understand the technicalities to pick the right bike. Glad we chose to get our bike from Trek Chappel Hill and we will definitely be back to get the hitch bike rack for the car.
