Dan and his team are awesome. For the corporate team, they are timely and knowledgeable. For his team, I'm grateful for the time you took to get my fit right, and my bike in good working order. This checkpoint is the best bike I've ever had, I use it to commute and am putting about 450 miles a month on it. I find myself talking the long way home several times a week because it's so fun. Helping me make time for exercise when they're isn't any, and helping exercise feel like fun.
Great shop, great mechanics, nice people, selling a premium product, but not trying to upsell. This is a trustworthy shop.

Rachel was incredibly helpful and took her time explaining what my bike needed to be brought up to speed so to speak. She also showed me new bike options and I picked up a couple of inexpensive helmets while I was at it. It was informative and helpful, and there was not any pretention in looking over my quite old bike.

I am absolutely over the moon with my experience at Trek Bicycle Shop in Chapel Hill! From start to finish, the team provided a masterclass in customer service.
Instead of just selling me a bike, they took the time to truly interview me, figuring out my exact needs and wants. I was able to test-ride multiple models, and we went over every single component in detail—discussing the pros and cons of different frames, drivetrains, and wheelsets. We essentially built my perfect bike from the ground up, part by part.
As the pieces arrived, their communication was flawless. The assembly was completed ahead of schedule and with incredible attention to detail. Once the bike was ready, the care didn't stop there—I spent a few hours with the team doing a precise fitting. We did multiple test rides, tweaked adjustments, and repeated the process until the fit was absolutely flawless.
Their customer service is genuinely second to none. The entire staff is incredibly pleasant, but a special shoutout goes to Dan, Chris, and Henry for going above and beyond. I cannot recommend Trek Chapel Hill highly enough!

Seems to be all quality sruff and they will fix your problem, if its not something magor, usually within a few minutes and charge you a very fair price. Ive always been very satisfied with thẹ price and time it took to resolveị the issue and get me rollinh again.
And i didn't even purchase my bike from there...

Chris, Dan, Henry and Rachel are the best! Trek Bicycle Chapel Hill will be our new bike store - wish we discovered them earlier. Everyone we came in contact with (Chris on the phone, Henry who helped us get the bike out of the car, Dan who helped give us an estimate, and Rachel who kept us informed), were all so very nice.
