I had the most pleasant and "fun" experience with Trek Bike, when I was ordering my Tandem Bicycle Built for 2, and accessories!! Rachel and Dan were the absolute "best of the best" to work with... extremely professional, knowledgeable, and great folks!! I will recommend Trek Bike to everyone!!! ~ [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

The store layout is welcoming, with opportunity to easily browse the bikes & accessories. The Trek staff are all personable, giving a genuine greeting. The Trek person was able to address my questions to my satisfaction. The staff counter is at the back of the store. The desk with the computer does create a small barrier. It would be friendlier if the store took an 'Apple' approach with a focus point near the entrance so that the customer could be directed towards the appropriate area.

The technicians were knowledgeable and able to explain what was causing the problem I had been experiencing. The estimate for repair I was given was complete and accurate. When I picked my bike up I paid what had been quoted. Bicycle rides great now.
