I am absolutely astounded at the level of service Rachel provided on my e-bike. From now on, Trek is my go-to place for anything having to do with cycling. Her personal service was incredible and professional.

The Trek store has brought to the area a degree of technical knowledge that matches the other best bike shops in the area, but they also offer an unusually high degree of customer engagement and service. They are knowledgeable about the needs facing a wide range of cyclists. The only drawback is that they have a single brand that they sell, but that brand is an excellent brand and 50 years old. This group is transparent and can be trusted.

Dan was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I visited another local shop three times without being able to resolve my creaky bike issues. It’s not yet solved, but Dan seems eager to diagnose the problem.
