I initially visited the store to check out a Dual Sport 3 I had found online, but the size available didn’t fit me. Rachel was incredibly helpful, she took the time to look up inventory nationwide, found the right size for me, and arranged to have it shipped to the store with just a small deposit.
When the bike arrived, Dan assisted me during pickup. He asked me if I would like to test it, and while doing so, we noticed it had some wear and even a dent. He explained the situation honestly and offered multiple solutions, including a discount, ordering another one, or switching to a different model at a reduced price. I could tell he genuinely cared about making things right.
In the end, I chose the FX Sport 3, and while it wasn’t my original pick, I’m happy with the bike. More importantly, I felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience. Issues can happen, but what stands out is how your team handled them, with professionalism, honesty, and a real commitment to customer satisfaction.

Employees were very friendly and customer-focused, especially the woman working on Thursday. I was in a jam, needing a spoke replaced, and a specific type at that. She asked me when I needed it back and I asked for the next day. She said she could get it done. To my surprise, I got a text the same day saying it was done. Upon pick-up, I saw that they'd also matched the bladed spoke on my wheel. I know it's not always possible to get such fast service but I REALLY appreciate her urgency in this instance. Another bike shop in town told me it'd be a week or more. The other was closed at 11AM on a Thursday, LOL. I've already mentioned this to my riding group. I will be back, maybe to get a e-bike. 5 stars!!! Thank you.
Excellent service. From the time you enter the shop you're greeted. Customers feel seen and welcomed. Rachel and the team ( didn't get names of the other guys) know what customer service means and they excel at it I showed up with my ebike that needed some adjustments and they squeezed me in right away. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The next day my husband needed similar adjustments and again we were in and out in about 10 minutes. Our bikes were new hence the adjustments needed. Trek will be our bike shop hands down. Pricing was also very reasonable. Can't express enough how great this shop is for service.
