I bought my first “real” bike here yesterday, and Ted made the process seamless. From the initial phone call to walking out the door, he helped me feel comfortable on the bike and confident in my decisions. He suggested a few accessories without overselling or pressuring, and Emmett installed everything for me in ten minutes. I’m thrilled with my bike, and even though I live up in Rogers Park, I see myself coming back for repairs and future purchases.

I love the vibrant and stylish look of Trek bikes! The customer service I received over the phone from a live agent, as well as in the Trek store, was outstanding. The manager, Ted, and his team were quick to assist us when my husband accidentally ordered the wrong size bike. They were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They even provided a quick tutorial on how to use the bike and helped load it into my car once it arrived. Their knowledge and friendliness are impressive. I'm new to the Trek family, but they have won us over for all our biking needs and future purchases!

Excellent customer service from Phil, who helped me get my bike. He answered all my questions, related to the sale or not. I’m relatively new to bikes, and he gave me all the information I could need. The store is also beautiful, and I liked that I could have an XL bike built for a test ride, and got a call when it was ready to be ridden
