Staff is mostly knowledgeable. Bikes are reliable. Could use more females supporting female riders. Brought my gf in a few months back asking about better saddles for women and the staff member didn't meet her at her request. He implied it's likely more a geometry/fit issue than a saddle not designed for women. Even if that's true (which I'm not sure it is), it would have been better to discuss her actual ask even if you [LAST NAME REMOVED]'t stock special saddles for women.
