New shoes and fitting. Guy who helped me was awesome. There were a few things he pushed me to reconsider and he was right wash time.

So thankful for having a Trek store so close. In a need to upgrade my tires I spoke with Emmitt in the service department on the phone. He gave me plenty of options to consider. When I arrived at the store later that morning he helped me selected the tire size that best fit my need. The repair was done same day. On my way home I added a side trip on the 606 to put the new tires through a feel test. They handled extremely well. I can’t thank Emmitt enough for his expertise and professionalism in assisting me. That is why I only let Trek Pros work on my Verve 2. Thank you again.

The two workers who helped me were absolutely amazing- so nice and helpful. Wanted to go back and buy more just because of how nice they were. Was buying lights for my husbands bike had no clue what I was looking for and they made me feel so welcomed and informed. 10/10 recommend.

This place knows bikes and what to do with them. They know the sport and how to make me better, easier and even more fun. No doubt in my mind Wicker Park Trek is at the top of the riding game.

I really enjoyed my experience with Trek. I feel I was immediately able to take ownership in some way within the company. Unfortunately I felt that the older gentleman where unpleasant to deal with but interaction with the younger men was pleasant in nature.. I couldn't believe how fun it was riding the Madone, I'd to experience the tri bike as well.

Incredibly helpful staff! I came in with only the barest idea of what I wanted in a bike, and they quickly got me on a bike for a test ride. I got to try out multiple bikes, and got a good introduction to everything they showed me. Plus, the bike was much cheaper than I was expecting to pay! Overall very happy with my experience.

Charlie is the man! Knowledgeable dude! I have had three bike purchasing experiences and they all have been different in their own way, but this one, this one was the one! Took my time, didn’t rush and Charlie helped make that happen. It was great. I also threw a tune up on my All-City and Emmett walked me through a couple of things and again knowledgeable and friendly. Will keep coming back. Thanks again guys!

The staff is really top-notch. The friendliness, service level, and warmth—it really is rare to get that from ANY company these days. I honestly felt at home, which is strange to say about a bike shop. The free drinks and restroom were really nice for a quick stop on my ride. Makes me feel closer to the brand/company and increases my loyalty.
