I love the vibrant and stylish look of Trek bikes! The customer service I received over the phone from a live agent, as well as in the Trek store, was outstanding. The manager, Ted, and his team were quick to assist us when my husband accidentally ordered the wrong size bike. They were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They even provided a quick tutorial on how to use the bike and helped load it into my car once it arrived. Their knowledge and friendliness are impressive. I'm new to the Trek family, but they have won us over for all our biking needs and future purchases!

Excellent customer service from Phil, who helped me get my bike. He answered all my questions, related to the sale or not. I’m relatively new to bikes, and he gave me all the information I could need. The store is also beautiful, and I liked that I could have an XL bike built for a test ride, and got a call when it was ready to be ridden

New shoes and fitting. Guy who helped me was awesome. There were a few things he pushed me to reconsider and he was right wash time.

So thankful for having a Trek store so close. In a need to upgrade my tires I spoke with Emmitt in the service department on the phone. He gave me plenty of options to consider. When I arrived at the store later that morning he helped me selected the tire size that best fit my need. The repair was done same day. On my way home I added a side trip on the 606 to put the new tires through a feel test. They handled extremely well. I can’t thank Emmitt enough for his expertise and professionalism in assisting me. That is why I only let Trek Pros work on my Verve 2. Thank you again.

The two workers who helped me were absolutely amazing- so nice and helpful. Wanted to go back and buy more just because of how nice they were. Was buying lights for my husbands bike had no clue what I was looking for and they made me feel so welcomed and informed. 10/10 recommend.
