They know all bikes inside and out and are very enthusiastic to help you with any kind of cycling need. From novice all the way to competitive cycling. I hadn't been in your store for quite a few years, probably not since I had you rebuild my bike the last time. Brought it in for the same thing this year and picked it up yesterday. Fabulous work done and my bike rides and brakes much smoother. Not sure when I'll be back again but if my bike keeps lasting like it has because of the work you've done, whenever I get there it won't be to buy a new one! :) Looked over your stock and it's endless. Definitely gets the juices flowing....... Thanks again. Mark

Brought my son's bike in for a tire replacement around 10am in the morning, guy at the counter was very nice - we realized both tires needed to be replaced. They have a 24-hour turn around window for service. Got a text at 12:17 saying it was already done. Super fast, super friendly service. Would tell anyone that needs bike repair to take it to Trek!

I took my rock hopper specialized bike there I needed a back tire. They sent me a text and said your bike is ready. I hadn’t even made it back to my house in Friendswood so happy riding again totally awesome.

Coming from Specialized mountain bikes and now transitioning into road bikes, I’ve always been told to stick with Specialized by friends. But after stepping in yesterday and talking with Gabriel, and the time he took to explain each model Trek offers, along with his attention to detail and willingness to help, Trek is now at the top of my list and I haven’t even been on a Trek road bike yet.

I arrived at Trek Bicycle Shop with my Cruiser bike. The shift cable had broken and I needed a new cable installed. Kent greeted me with a smile asked how he could help. I explained the problem to him and he immediately began inspecting and working on the bike. Kent did a great job replacing the shift cable and also made other adjustments to the derailer. The charge was reasonable and the job was completed quickly. I could not have been more impressed with the entire process. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Shop and will return to them should I have any other problems with either of my two bikes. Great place, great people and all were very friendly. I will not go anywhere else to have bike repairs done.
