EVERYONE i delt with were very friendly and helpful. there were 2 fellas at the repair desk and another salesman who sold me my bike before covid. They all were very pleasant to deal with. congrats on having such a great Crew!

The employees represent a wide cross section of the cycling community. For example, Daniel is an excellent engineer that puts together the most interesting bike designs to push his experience on wheels. Greg is a huge advocate for the benefits of cycling for those over 50 and has the knowledge and data to layout the benefits of e-bikes and dispel the negative connotations surrounding them. They have world class coaches in the facility, a tight group of local riders, turnaround on repairs is fast and reasonably priced. I like that Trek has a * mostly* full line of cycling options from downhill/road/townie/dirt jumper/balance bike/etc. There is also a fairly large cross section of price points as well. As far as the wish list Trek needs to have BMX options, Race and Freestyle. An entry level complete dirt jumper (big boy bmx) A-la the Verde Radix, DK Lunex, or Radio Griffin would be welcome too. Final wish store specific branded clothing options! When I'm smoking transplants in Austin on hill climbs or going plaid down Spider Mountain a Trek T is cool and all, but I want them to know they've been whooped by a flat lander.

My husband went in first to check out selection and found all the information he got very ehlpful in guiding us. He then took me top Trek after we searched ALL local bike shop options. I immediately liked Greg, who helped us find the perfect bike. We looked a lot of places and people were helpful, but Trek has the best options for the price we were looking for as well as nice staff to guide the process. They made us feel confident in the selection we made. I highly recommend, it was a helpful staff for a new biker and I have no doubt an experienced biker would find benefit in their expertise as well. I found my bike and very happy with my purchase.
