The team that works there is superior, they always greet you upon entrance and help with almost any request, I enjoyed my conversation with Gabe and Greg. Gabe helped me and secured the right clips for my shoes when I had put the wrong ones on. He also educated me on the change for the future.

I would like to see an itemized breakdown on the service provided in detail as a form of record keeping for the customer. The service was fast and prompt, I took the bicycle in on a Saturday and it was returned very fast by Monday. Thumbs to the bicycle technicians who make their happen.
