Local store with staff that wants to help all of its customers with all of their needs. I have purchased bicycles at Trek, many years ago, and I now use the store almost exclusively to purchase parts to keep that bike on the road as I use it to maintain some semblance of physical shape in my retirement years. I am always greeted and helped as if the staff is really glad that I have come to their store.

Shout out to Daniel for Great preparation and service! They serviced my girls bicycle tires on the spot. The workers had my tires fixed within 2 hours, same day. I was very pleased and impressed with the skill and customer service. Thank you!

Took a few minutes to be seen by the service department, but I take that as a service department that's working. Needed 2 rear wheel services, broken spoke and another wheel that would not stay inflated. I was told they were backed up and it would be a couple of days. Was messaged next day the jobs were complete, AWESOME! Also, would like to add the service department did not push doing more than what was needed. I needed 1 spoke replaced. They asked if any other had broken before and since they had not recommended just replacing the one. Makes it hassle free not getting hassled for more-more-more.

Usually what I need is in stock. For the specialty items that Trek doesn't carry in-store the staff is very willing to special order for me. Mechanics are always helpful, and sales staff are very knowledgable.
