My Trek store staff do a great job all around and they do a great job of matching me to the right gear. it doesnt hurt that the Trek road bikes are top performers and most of the Bontrager gear (carbon wheels for example) is top tier in the category. But none of that goes far if the guys with the wrench arent at the top of their game and the service side of the shop knows what they are doing.

Susan took the time to understand our unique needs and worked hard to find the right bicycle for us. She was attentive, caring, and supportive of our daughter who was getting the new bike. Adam was outgoing and creative in trying to find ways to make a bike meet our specific needs.

I brought my bike & my hubby's bike in for a maintenance appointment. The service was awesome. Bikes were ready in a day. Everywhere there is so friendly. They provide get service. We love our bikes!!! Definitely will recommend this product and this store.
