I brought my bike in expecting to have to leave it there (needed crank bearings) they guys got me right in, and fixed my bike right away. Thirty minutes later I was riding again

Welcoming and hospitable staff. I was stuck in rough shape completing a century ride when my cleats being too worn would not come out of my pedals, I was able to stop in and meet a familiar tall gentleman who worked a triathlon event I took part in and he recognized me by my bike. While I was embarrassed slightly for not paying more attention to my clear wear, I was happy to have been helped and made a priority so I could get back and riding. Installing the cleat and allowing me to top off fluids helped me complete my first solo century. And being able to see my dream bike in person that I hope to purchase sometime next year with some convincing from my wife, I look forward to making that purchase with you all as you really made me feel welcome and provided excellent customer service.
