The sales people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They spent as much time with us as needed. We ended up buying the Townie Go S e-bike after trying several others. Your service techs were able to quickly repair a problem on our existing bike. Great overall experience.

They are so accommodating with schedules. I had a bike shipped from NY which they received and tuned up. They accomodatrd me by holding on to it until I was in town to pick it up. The shop is Inviting and the proximity to the Pinellas Trail is perfect.

Our sales representative explained every step of the service that will be conducted. We needed tires (2 bikes getting service). The tires available provided 2 different rides. So we had the opportunity to specify the pair we wanted on our bike. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our visit.

Highly recommend Trek, the staff are friendly and very efficient, our bicycles are like new now and everything was completed exactly as agreed. Will definitely be returning for any future needs.

I've bought 3 Trek bikes over the years, and they're always well-designed, well-built, and last a long ttime. As for service, the team at the Dunedin store have always been very friendly, helpful, and get stuff done quickly and correctly. In addition, everyone I've met at that store have been great people to meet!

Adam Cornell and the entire team do a fantastic job of taking time with me when I come in and address all of my questions and concerns. As a side note, the shop is kept SUPER clean!
