Trek bikes are great! Love the Dunedin bike location. Susan was excellent with her knowledge and customer service. The bike I purchased was what I was looking for and I had been shopping around at several locations. Trek’s customer service was excellent and the main reason I purchased where I did!

So far its mostly been service. I've had an ongoing issue for a Domane bike I purchased and the guys at the Dunedin Fl Trek shop have been working with me and the warranty department frequently. Frames have been replaced, and now were on a whole different model bike. Even though my bike has broken on a few rides and been stranded on races, I still tell people how great Trek has been to me cecause of the outstanding service and customer care. Everybody on the group rides are surprised how much Trek has done to help with me the issues I've seen.

Collin’s customer service was very much appreciated! He explained everything to me thoroughly.. unfortunately, our bikes were trashed from Hellene Hurricane. He also advised on how to dispose of them safely. We have been doing buisness with Trek bicycle shop for about 10 yrs. They are honest employees that work there and definitely will go the extra mile to help with anything you need!! I highly recommend this place……
