I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Closter NJ Trek bike shop, and I’m genuinely blown away by the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made it clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.
I came in with a brake issue on my bike that I couldn’t quite diagnose myself. Not only did the team take the time to carefully inspect everything, but they also explained each step of the process in a clear, friendly way.
The quality of the repair work was exceptional. My bike rides / stops like new!
It’s rare these days to find a shop where you feel so well taken care of, where the service goes beyond the transaction. Whether you're a new rider or a seasoned cyclist, this shop is a gem. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
Alister was very helpful and listened carefully when I described a malfunction on my Kiosk display on my bike, and also when I described some of the problems I encountered following a service tuneup at another bike store. Customer service at this store is top notch and extremely professional, with the result being that my handled as if it were brand new!
Needless to say, Trek Bicycle Closter will be my "go-to" store for all of my future bike needs.

From the moment I walked in to have two bkes tuned up the staff were helpful. Their recommendations were focused on what I needed not what they waned to sell. Recommend this place, they do great work and I had the bikes back in two days.

This my first time purchasing Trek, Kevin was very patient to explain the difference between the bikes. Taught me how to switch the gear and when to switch. I’m very happy with his assistance
Alistair was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny. He was patient with questions and helpful.
As for the products, I was disappointed that Trek doesn't seem to offer padded women's cycling pants that are longer, go below the knee. I also would prefer some colored light-weight jackets, not only black.
Found a solution for my old wheel that aligned with what I needed, a new wheel at practially the same price it was to repair the old one, at a comparable price.
The products are great with good quality however what really brings us back to the store in Closter are the people working over there. The staff over there are super honest and helpful, and are not being pushy or aggressive which is greatly admired. They are very well knowledgeable about all the products and go out of their way to help. I would definitely recommend everyone to head to the store if you’re interested in buying a bike I feel like they have a solution for everyone. We greatly appreciate you all in the Closter store especially Kevin and Ester.
Appreciated that working through the buying process I got to the bike that I really enjoy and appreciate - even though I thought I'd wanted a Verve at the start of the process. Very happy with my FX. Kevin was informative when I had questions, highlighted topics that I hadn't considered, and worked up a package of bike and accessories that I'm very happy with.
