I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Closter NJ Trek bike shop, and I’m genuinely blown away by the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made it clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I came in with a brake issue on my bike that I couldn’t quite diagnose myself. Not only did the team take the time to carefully inspect everything, but they also explained each step of the process in a clear, friendly way. The quality of the repair work was exceptional. My bike rides / stops like new! It’s rare these days to find a shop where you feel so well taken care of, where the service goes beyond the transaction. Whether you're a new rider or a seasoned cyclist, this shop is a gem. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

Alister was very helpful and listened carefully when I described a malfunction on my Kiosk display on my bike, and also when I described some of the problems I encountered following a service tuneup at another bike store. Customer service at this store is top notch and extremely professional, with the result being that my handled as if it were brand new! Needless to say, Trek Bicycle Closter will be my "go-to" store for all of my future bike needs. Thanks so much!
