Alastair at the Closter location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on how to treat our family bikes. He went so above and beyond that we brought in all five bikes to be maintained. Alastair and Trek did a great job on our bikes and we will definitely use them again. Thank again Alastair!

Great bike Verve 1 generation 4. Performance is good, beautiful colour, and the staff was warm and friendly. Alestair was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and he didn't pressure me into buying a bike nor did he pressure or force me into buying bike accessories or other things. I went in looking to buy a bike and that's what I ended up doing. Kevin was helpful as well. I am satisfied and happy. Thanks Trek Bicycle.🙏😊
