I got my helmet quick and everyone was nice. I rated it low my first review because I was taking it literally and I don't know anyone else who bikes. I don't think y'all should be calling people about their reviews though, it's a little agressive.

GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS!!! I had a very unfortunate incident, and Tyler and the entire Trek team in College Station got my bike replaced at a HUGE discount and were top-notch. I am very grateful for them, and they went above and beyond to get me back on my bike.

The positives: Great personnel and work done. With discount, good value for the price. The areas for improvement: It took about 72 hours and no update or loaner was offered, despite the walls saying they provide loaners for work over 24 hours. The retail prices on the equipment in there should be discounted for orders over $200 like this one was. Best local shop in College Station, even though it is corporate from Wisconsin!
