I see the same gentleman every time I go, and he's very courteous, professional and personable. I was considering buying a new bike chain, but he was honest with me and said it was still in good condition. The bike is always ready in a very reasonable amount of time, and the gentleman remembers me and brings the bike out even as I'm walking up to the door. I definitely would recommend TREK.
