The products are top shelf, but the quality of the service is what brings us back to Trek Columbia. Harper, Dan, Nick, Noah are absolute geniuses at diagnosing and treating our tandem. I am very grateful to find such talent who can communicate clearly and are willing to take the time to help us be more than satisfied. We're delighted!
Because our bike is a tandem, maintaining it requires a greater sense of how our bike works--from chain clearance in the deraileurs, identifying and procuring a long-overdue bottom bracket, and incorporating the latest safety features such as from and rear lighting.
Additionally, we have been very impressed with Nick's understanding upgrades and accompanying components that will allow both of us to continue riding well into our 80s. We were also touched by Noah's stepping in to mix the right paint to touch up an area because it was the right thing to do.

We love the staff, they are very knowledgeable. An area for improvement - Recently we waited for a part to come in and Trek did not notify us when it arrived. We had to call and discover it ourselves.
