Excellent customer service in-store. Always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Brought my bike to get it checked within the 30-day grace period because there was a slight noise in the back while shifting and they took a look at it right away no charge. I love the fact that there's a physical Trek store that I can go to and will resolve any issues I had. The best part is, the 30-day guarantee, return no questions asked.
