The customer service was excellent. The sales staff member was knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the right bicycle based on my needs. The store also had good inventory available so I was able to test ride several bicycles to find the best fit.

Harper, our salesperson, was AWESOME! He asked all the right questions and provided great answers as we were trying to find the right bike for our teenage daughter. There was zero pressure to buy a bike right then. He provided us a quote and honored it when we returned. He fully explained the service plan and made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up with a quality bike that our daughter can ride for many years. Thanks Harper!!!
