Chad was great explainsIng all the features and use of the Trek Dual Sport+ 2 Stagger bike. He made sure the bike was set up and felt comfortable. Craig went though the welcome packet after he added the additional parts, and also explained the maintenance and care. Great team at this location & look forward to returning to this location! Customer service style lets you know employees looking after your best interest and detaiil exactly what service(s) are required to resolve various situations. Folks are always willing to lend a hand getting bikes into and out of the store. Costs are competitive and fair.

We had our first visit to Trek to ask about a break repair. Impressed with the genuine care of everyone who works there! Smiles and knowledge all around as my son’s bike was being looked at. We were greeted and offered water while we waited. The bike technicians knew their business and didn’t try to upsale. They all truly love their job and made it a wonderful experience for us. Timely repairs too!

We had an amazing experience! Our son is is nervous about having a bike. But Chris spent one on one time with him and taught him how to balance. Our son loved practicing in the parking lot to get a feel for the ride. He has practiced every day since we bought the bike and loves to tell everyone he has a new bike!
