Pricing on the annual maintenance packages are transparent, inclusive and straightforward. Extras that I was wanting addressed were clearly explained as additional costs (improved water bottle cages, new pedals). They were courteous, knowledgeable and willing to work with the fact that we were not locals and unable to travel at a moments notice to pick up the bikes. They look good as new! Thanks Trek! His and hers Allant e-bikes.
