I like that I can walk in without an appointment. I love that the prices for maintenance and new tires, handlebar tape, etc. are reasonably priced. I like browsing the store - there is lots of great accessories.
Hi. I am following on an earlier message sent to you and a follow up visit at your Dublin, Ohio location. Several weeks ago, I originally responded to a survey request for maintenance on my Domane. I wasn't thrilled with the support I received as part of that service and respectfully shared my comments with you as requested. A few weeks later, I stopped by the store as it is a clearance center and I was looking for a lock at a bargain price. While shopping, a representative (Wade / Wayne - ?) approached me and asked if I was "[NAME REMOVED]" (which I am). He then offered to "make it right", which he did. I was not only blown away by the fact the problem was resolved, but that he proactively identified me and made the offer. Wow! Thank you! I hope that your corporate team makes a gesture to recognize this associate for going well "above and beyond" what is expected and hoped for by a guest. Chad was great, no pressure very informative. I ride a decent bit but don't know anything about women's bikes. Let my wife test ride a bunch and very down to earth.
