I don't recall seeing one of these surveys before. I had a GREAT experience last night in the purchase of a new Trek Domane ALR5. I have purchased from your location before and enjoy the new helpful staff, large selection of products, and the manner which all of your staff conduct themselves.
I came in about an hour before your store closed having already narrowed what I was looking for and started there with the rep. He was very helpful and asked other questions to help limit further down what might work well for me and my intended use. I even tried a bike that I hadn't thought about to make sure I wasn't missing out on some features I might find best. He took is time, learned about my needs and use as a rider and worked from there. Never tried to upsell to something that I didn't want or need, but made sure I was able to demo and see for myself that this bike was the one for me.
As the time approached the closing of the store, the demeanor of all staff I experienced never changed. There was no hustle to push out the store, make me hurry up, or a hurry in their work.
I signed my check to pay after the closing hour as the crew in the service area installed pedals, bottle cage, and made sure that the bike was ready to go.
I left the store a very happy customer having just replaced a bike that was 14 years old with something I hope to keep for the next 14.

Taylor provided an impeccable consultative shopping experience when I visited the store on Sunday. My goal going in to determine my size for a specific model, and I left later that day with a fully-equipped bike that will be perfect for my current riding goals and plans. I couldn’t possibly be happier with my experience with Taylor and the staff who went above and beyond to help me fine-tune all the most important aspects of my setup. Taylor really made a positive impression on me as he walked me through the crucial decision points - pedals, shoes, tires, mounts, flat kit. I feel like he highlighted aspects of the bike that were important to each specific decision (with the overall picture in mind) while also not overwhelming me with information I was not ready for. Though I feel he could have ramped up or down depending on what type of rider he was working with. At the same time, I felt very comfortable in the store and with the overall shopping process. The store itself is spacious and well-stocked. One of the best shops I have seen. It was nice seeing everyone from the families to individuals looking to tap into new riding experiences. Thank you to Taylor and team for setting me up for success and making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I will spread the word! Looking forward to riding my new bike in training sessions over the next 2 months, then circling Lake Tahoe in June! I’ll certainly think of you all as I tackle the Emerald Bay climb on my Trek!
Your bikes have always been great, and in the times that they are not my experience with your staff and service team has been second to none. I can't imagine taking my services anywhere else but to Trek and its thanks to your excellent employees that I feel this way. Thank you, and please keep up the great work.
