Completely new beginner to mountain biking and wanted to get into it, after a few weeks of researching, I decided the Roscoe 7 Gen 4 would be the best for me. Unfortunately, my local trek store didn't have any in stock and Trek was backordered, but I looked online and found the Columbus store a bit of a drive away had one in stock and decided to go for it. Matt Moon helped me as soon as I got there, brought the bike out and since I'm a beginner and was worried I bought too much bike for me, not only did he put me at ease but answered every question I had and gave me a TON of tips. Not only for how to care for the bike but also tips on riding, advice on changes you'd make if you were to make any, how to pop the front tire off for easier travel, what tools I'd need. At no point did it feel like a car dealership and that I was getting 'sold' too which is always the worst part about heading to other bike stores in the past and I never felt that way in this store. Great experience and bike is awesome! Thanks for the help guys!

I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of each employee. Service was absolutely marvelous! Rode my mom's repaired bike the evening I picked ked it up. My brother is an avid cyclist but suffered a stroke recently so he is unable to ride. His words to me the day I got the bike back, "Ride your 1st mile for me." It was a tender moment. Thank you!
