Very friendly and understanding staff who welcomed me as soon as I walked into the store. Jack, specifically, was patient, kind, and let me test out a few bikes. As a new-ish cyclist, i Had a lot to learn and he answered every question without simply trying to make a sale or up charge me. A week after my first visit, I returned and he still remembered my interests and bike preferences. My experience with trek was the complete opposite of walking into other bike stores and competitors. I can’t recommend them enough!

Besides the fact tht the store does not open until 11am - way beyond when I am out and about doing things (but it seems all bike stores don't open until lunch time - haha) - I find the staff at this Trek store very knowledgeable and helpful...and there are plenty of staff so there is very little to no wait for assistance. Even though there is a bike shop much closer to my house, I have begun to patronize the Dublin Trek store following the closure of my old shop due to all of the above. I highly recommend them.

David at Trek was extremely helpful and patient as he helped my granddaughter and me through the process of identifying the exact right bike for her. This purchase will see my granddaughter through many years of happy, healthy bike riding. I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase and with the individualized service we received.
