Aaron was exceptional! He was patient, kind, understanding of what I was looking for, great with suggestions - he was a one man show between working on bikes, helping a family of 3 that came in as well as me! There are a lot of bike stores in DFW but Aaron's service means this will be our new primary store!

4 years ago (before Trek) I gave this place a bad review due to more than one interaction with the staff. WOW, now everyone could not have been nicer or more helpfull. Either I was wrong or they have improved...Either way, the place was great.
