First I walked in and was greeted and the bike sales person was helping client, so the one that runs the bikes that need repairs came over and I told him what I was looking for and told me the history of 3 bikes I was thinking about and I sat on it try it out and yes pick one out and they had my favorite color purple . Sales manager then took me showed me and explain different helmets and tire air gadget and yes bout them and got discount made it better . Best place ever and will be back oh and I bought a bell and they put it on and helped put back in car. Thanks to both . I appreciate you. BBoop

The team at is always ready to help and quick to offer suggestions. They just have a can-do attitude and that is rare in today's service world. And the service department is always supe helpful on tips to make your repairs MORE efficient....I never feel like I am being up-charged.

The service team and all the employees are very helpful for any needs or questions I have. I have been riding bikes for over 55 years and most bike shops in the past assumed that I was a novice (dumbass) and I never went back. Trek in Irving is not like that and I continue to go back, they ask questions to understand my needs and deliver. I will be a customer/client/friend for life.
