The whole staff at Trek - Coppell was very friendly and Jimmy in the service department was outstanding. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and you could care that he has a passion for cycling and customer service.
Jimmy has helped me before with a different issue on my son’s Trek e-bike and this last experienced matched my previous time coming in. To me, this shows consistency in top-notch customer service and a continued desire to go to whatever lengths necessary for the customer.

- Some staff are so friendly & professional that it makes the other staff almost «unfriendly» and «normal»

Trek Bycicle at Coppell has VERY NICE and Friendly staff. Not only Are they having High Professional Skills and are very Efficient at Fixing Bikes, They Treat you with high respect and Friendly Environment. I dropped out my bike with General Manager, James. While, I was at the store, My family called me to go and Picking them up from Airport. I had to ask General manager to accept the bike without staying in the line although they were so busy on that Saturday. He understood the Situations and Gladly accepted the check-IN of Bike. Then, I did not have access to SUV car to pick up the Bike on time as well as there was some Winter cold fronts weather and caused some delays to Pick up the Bike, General Manager, James whom I worked with was so Understanding and worked out with all these matters until I was able to pick up the bike after One month. He was very Efficient to find the issues while I was waiting on the Line on that Saturday. However, I was not able to pick up the bike until after One month. That was the first time that I used them for the service. The Pricing was also so Fair. I really can not think about anything as drawbacks to point out. This Center is Absolutely Phenomenon. General manager, James, worked with me to find the Right coverage for my Cell phone so I can attach to my Bike when I go riding. He really takes up his time to answer all questions Genuinely and very Knowledgeable Person. I would Give Rating of 10/10 to this Store. Thanks very much for all your time and effort and making this Experience So GOOD.

We had an outstanding experience at the Trek Bicycle Coppell. Phillip and Jimmy took incredible care of us when both of our bikes were in for service—they were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. There was zero pressure and absolutely no attitude, just clear communication and thoughtful, professional help.
We’ve been to other local bike shops in the area that felt cold or dismissive, but this shop was the complete opposite. Phillip and Jimmy made us feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the work being done. That difference really stands out and is why we’ll keep coming back.
The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe—we especially loved the rock-and-roll music playing in the shop, which made the whole experience even better. It’s obvious this team takes pride in both their work and their customer relationships. Truly top-tier service. Highly recommended.
