I came to the Coppell, TX Trek Store with the intention of looking at, and possibly purchasing, two bikes for my wife and I. I had previously done research online, and wanted to see the bikes in person. When I went to the Trek store, I was greeted by Phillip, a very friendly gentlemen, who asked me how he could help. Phillip took time to explain the different types of bikes I had researched, and offered to show me another type of bike based on the information I gave him. I ended up buying two bikes that day, a Marlin 4 ML 29 Blue Sage Gen 3 and FX 1 SO L Era White. Phillip explained the return policy and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the bikes. My wife and I love our new bikes, and we will be back to purchase two more for our kids for Christmas. Thank you! Nick Coenraad
