The whole staff at Trek - Coppell was very friendly and Jimmy in the service department was outstanding. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and you could care that he has a passion for cycling and customer service. Jimmy has helped me before with a different issue on my son’s Trek e-bike and this last experienced matched my previous time coming in. To me, this shows consistency in top-notch customer service and a continued desire to go to whatever lengths necessary for the customer.
