The staff helped me find the right bike at the right price. They took care to set it up for me. And they had me do some trial runs to get a feeling. More minor tweaks were done. Considering the small amount of time, after maybe one hour I had a bike loaded into my car and drove home, excited to get back into biking.

Service recently was excellent. Vast improvement over the not distant past. I’m on my second Domane and recently bought my wife a e-bike. Again, service was really good.

Steve and Raphael were such great people. I have no previous knowledge about road biking and I brought in my bike and they sold me some gear that I definitely as a beginner like a helmet and chamois. They educated me and were such nice guys they literally felt like friends. Definitely will be coming back just for Steve and Raphael, again these two guys were awesome and they were so friendly, nice, and educated me and helped me out a lot. Since I’m a new rider and need to be educated more they told me to stop by whenever I have a question or need help with anything which means a lot. Love this store and I can’t believe I’ve lived near it my whole life and just got into riding. Thank you Steve and Raph and Trek. You guys are awesome!

The Raphael was very pleasant and patience with me. He provided a comprehensive explanation of what was wrong with my bike and offered a number of options that were affordable and on the higher end if I choses to take that route. My bike was fixed witin less than a week, which is what they told me. So I was very happy with the overall experience. Delphino
