Trek bikes have always been my "go-to" brand. There are a number of Trek stores in the area. Far and away my favorite is the Cottonwood store. I purchased my first e-bike there four years ago and have had great service and attention with it. I recently sold it on-line and just recently purchased another Trek e-bike at Cottonwood. (I'm a senior so I like pedal-assist).
As I have observed all the personnel are customer centered and seem to love bikes. I assume that is related to the leadership of Store Manager, Rylie. She is outstanding.
I had a great experience bringing my bike in to receive service. The staff was great and Jay who helped me from beginning to end was fantastic. He's helpful, friendly and made the difference to me as a customer. The work done on my bike was excellent and as a returning customer happily recommend this shop to everyone.
I took my bike in for service. Great team and service provided, didn't upsell me on pointless things, but did address a few concerns I didn't notice. The bike is riding great now!
The service was great! Rylie was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. Their service guy was spot on as well. I’m a heavy rider that needed some specific mods that they took care of.
I can always count on responsive service here. Love the Sunday option, that makes your shop stand out as rider centric. I'm an Orbea diehard, but would definitely consider a Trek if Orbea didn't exist.
Riley and Jeremy work hard, it's fun to visit the shop. In 6 years on my 6th e mtn bike, over 6k miles, trust me, I value a smart shop.
The staff there know what they're doing and I can trust them. They are well informed and make great recommendations. They are very friendly and polite and do things timely. I highly recommend these people in this place
I love the Trek Cottonwood Heights team, they all take their time to explain how the bike updates went, or what needs to be fixed so that I understand!
I appreciate the prompt and courteous, friendly service I received for checking out a wheeled walker. However when I got it home to take to an elderly lady, I was worried about the brakes. I haven't used this walker for many years but as I remember- it was possible to push the bake lever down to lock the brakes. I did not find this to be the case after I picked up the walker. is this a possivility? I am worried that this elderly lady will have some difficulty - especially if she sits on the seat and finds herself rolling . Will you please advise me about this matter. Thank you so much.
