Everytime I visit the Cypress Trek Shop ,eather to have my bike serviced or to have something checked on it, or to buy accessories, it a happy place to be. Service is almost an in and out, making sure your bike is fine tuned. The staff that I was working with, Mike and Josh are very professional. Thanks , a very happy costumer. Mtbrjim

Products seem of good quality (haven't needed to purchase much) and good selection. Services seem very good so far (again, haven't needed much). The guys, especially Curt, are very nice and know their stuff, down to recognizing some of the vintage items that I ask them to work on for me.
