The customer service at the store I go to is absolutely the highest level that I get on anything that I do, except for maybe Lexus. People are honest, engaging, and go out of their way to give you good advice and do little nuisance things for free. I have purchased bikes for my whole family ((2) FX3s,FX4,FX6) since I have started going there. I don't usually answer surveys but in this case it is warranted.
