Jason at the front, super knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Great guy, made the shoe fitting and plate swap from my old pair to the new pair super easy! Kevin the manager, really nice guy! Came out to introduce himself and say hello, made me feel very welcomed. Tech that was looking after the bike- again, nice guy, seemed to know what was going on with the bike from listening to it! Can’t wait to get my bike back, and tear up the road!!
