Service was fantastic. Was immediately greeted and asked if I could use any help, which I needed a lot of. Jarrod S. (JS46) took fantastic care of me and was absolutely amazing! As someone completely new to cycling I was overwhelmed and unsure of what I needed. I had visited other shops and was rushed out of the store and could not find someone willing to help. Jarrod was a life saver. He helped me choose the perfect bike for my goals as well as everything I needed to get going all the way down to bottle cages and lights! After getting everything put on the bike he took extra time to teach me about shifting, clipping in, and properly adjusted my saddle height after watching me ride some. Never once did I feel like I was being an inconvenience to him like I had experienced at other shops. Jarrod is a great steward of your brand and store and has created a Trek customer for life out of me!

I love that the staff knows me by name (or at least by my bike)- and for a city like Dallas, a bike shop like Trek in Snider Plaza gives me a small, hometown feel. Great service every time.

I only need a tire repaired on this occasion, but it was done quickly within a couple of hours. There have been times when I visited the shop for a small repair and usually they are happy to do the repair while I wait. All the staff is very friendly and open for my many questions. Finally, the cost of repairs at the Trek Bike Shop is very reasonable. David Burch
