This location is wonderful. However the Allen location treated my Asian friend with disrespect and called him a scammer. VERY OFFENSIVE after he spent $3k on bikes for me as a housewarming present. If I don’t get a phone call from corporate, the media will be hearing about this and video spread about how Trek employees are treating Asian American citizens after they lawfully purchased a bicycle. Absolutely preposterous.

They were able to find the right front and rear wheels for my dad's old bike and managed to order them and let me know they are in and I came in when I could and took my dad's bike and wheels with me and they changed the wheels and put the tires on the new wheels, put air in the tires and put them on my dad's bike.
