Because I've just received my ebike, it would be a little early to comment in total. As of now, I am satisfied with the overall process. I would grade the website order process a little cumbersome but it all worked out, although I was very close to calling it off and going elsewhere. It shouldn't have taken two hours to get through the process. I will give you credit though that the process after ordering has been flawless. The service in Davenport has been excellent. I don't see that it would change any. The personnel has been very helpful and accommodating. As for the ebike, I feel very comfortable that I'm going to really like it.
