Always friendly and great service. Every time I bring my bike in for service it’s done in a timely way. Also, when I bring it in for something simple, the staff looks to see if they can do a fix while I’m there. I bought my bikes 12 years ago from your competitor and there is a difference in your staff and service. Sorry we didn’t buy our bikes from you but you always treat me like I did. Our next purchase will be E-bikes so we will definitely come see you when we are ready for that.

The staff at Trek Davenport are top notch and so easy to work with. I am always greeted with a smile, and they take the best care of my bikes. I recently purchased a new Speed Concept Project 1, and they knocked the build out of the park. The process was easy and they made sure I got all of the components, chainring size and power meter options I wanted.

The service provided by the Staff at the Davenport, Iowa Trek Store is exceptional. Every time I stop into this store I am greeted warmly and professionally. Every time I’ve needed service on my bikes or need parts or accessories the team members have provided excellent support whether it be for mechanical repairs and/or tuning of the bikes for maximum performance or for guidance on accessories to make the biking I do more comfortable and pleasurable.
