I am very pleased with how easy the staff is to work with. I took one bike in for repair. It was done quickly with a clear explanation of the work required. I also needed a bike modified for ergonomic reasons. The staff understood my request and made a great recommendation. I am very happy with the results. Overall a much better experience than I have experienced with other bike shops in the area.
