The associate I worked with, Mike, was very knowledgeable. He first asked about what I was looking for in a bike, my normal biking routines and then gave me a number of choices of bikes to consider. At no time was there ‘pressure’ which was exactly what I was also looking for. I was able to test ride the bike for as long as I liked. One main concern was my ability to lift the bike up to my bike rack. Mike worked with me to try different approaches to make sure it was possible and also to do it in a way that was safe.

As soon as you walk in the door, you greeted from there. It just gets better. Talked about the service that was gonna be done on my bike for spring and summer gave me an estimate. Bike was ready the very next day. When I went to pick it up, had a great conversation with the service technician. Bike was clean like he was brand new. But highly recommend your store.
