Excellent, friendly customer service and knowledge. I had brought in a 40 year old road/racing bike that hadn’t been ridden in 10 years that I wanted to get into riding shape. Bike mechanic got the bike cleaned and lubed, components adjusted and tuned, and wheels trued up - all in a quick turnaround time. Brakes and gears are now quick and responsive and bike is a pleasure to ride.

Meet with Nathan as Service Manager to discuss service for 2 bikes. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options to chose from for service. Picking up the bikes was equally as pleasant of an experience. Employee who checked me out was able to review all services provided and confirm costs. I would highly recommend this Trek store for bike service. I will be a repeat customer.

Greeted quickly upon entering and asked if they could help me find something. Bob was super friendly. Didn't off the bat know what part I was asking for but in his defense it was a bit of an odd request and I may not have used the correct terminology. Undaunted he turned to another employee who had already heard my description and was searching to see what they might offer. Ultimately, they said they didn't have what i was looking for and it wasn't available through their suppliers. They offered alternatives which was nice. Great experience overall.
