I've always liked Trek. Although I ride a Giant. Our next purchase will be Trek. We stopped in to get her bars gloves and a better seat. The customer service was unreal. I will return for all our biking needs.

The products are of high quality but the main reason I go there is for the staff. I am a casual biker so it can be intimidating asking beginner questions to the guys that work there. They’re obviously skilled and long time bikers, but they always treat me with respect and kindness and give me their full attention and time. I drive 45 minutes to Kettering Trek for their customer service and it’s worth it.

Love my bike! I have been stalking this model for 6 months and got to walk out of the door with it the day I went in. Love it! Matt at the store was friendly, offered up a lot of info and talked to me like I was the newbie/intermediate rider that I am. I will go back for help and even to just have a conversation about things, I feel like I learned a lot more on Saturday than I did reading or going to other stores.

Overall, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & REPAIRS/SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for all your needs. Luke, our service technician did a fantastic job providing consultation prior to repairs on our two Trek bicycles. Other staff members should be recognized for their friendly attitude.

I took my wife's bike in for service. When I picked it up I thought it was a new bike. washed and serviced, my wife was so happy. I have shopped at this store for many years, starting with my world sport. What impresses me the most is the sales staff know how to help customers choose the right type of bike. I have been so happy with my purchases. They strive to get us in the best bike, and they always get it right. The last two bikes bought there have been so perfect for me. The sales staff know how to understand what we might not know we are looking for! This is always my go to store for products and service. Great job! David Bramlish
