Well…Dale and Richard are always my go to guys for sales info and bike mechanical info. Richard helped me yesterday with selecting a kickstand for my new (used) FX 3. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I have been a customer for years and really value the relationship.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select a new bike for our grandson. We also appreciated the discount allotted towards the purchase of new helmets for all three of us. I've been riding my trek e-bike for about 5 years and it really helps me to be able to get out and enjoy the many trails in our area without excessive knee pain afterwards!
