I highly recommend Trek Bike Dayton. The staff is very friendly. There always seems to be a lot of them present as well, and even when the store is packed with customers, I'm acknowledged and informed someone will be with me shortly. I've never waited long for assistance and the help is always stellar. I've had my road bike overhauled and wheels serviced and the folks at the service desk are great. Their work is solid and detailed. They explain everything thoroughly and you get a cost estimate and a turnaround time up front. Furthermore, I've always gotten my gear back sooner than promised. If I have any complaint, it's minor and it's that the cost of the work seems high. But it's no higher than other shops in the area. Plus, the excellent service, skilled work, trust, and rapid turnaround time are worth it to me.

I recently brought my Townie bike in for a new tire and tube. We also discussed future tune-up options. I left the bike to be fixed and it was finished and I was notified within an hour. Great service, very knowledgeable! I also asked and received lots of great information about new bike options as well as bike carriers for my car. Very happy with this experience! Thank you!

The staff was fantastic. We worked with two different associates while there to get a new bike for our kid. They were patient as we tried to decide on size and then as the 4 year old decided on color. Fantastic experience just as I have grown to expect as a long time Trek rider myself. We got the same level of attention on a kids bike that I have received buying high end tri bikes.

I like the fact that Trek has a wide variety of products in almost every category. Also, I really like the customer service at the Wilmington location. Dale did a great job in helping me pick out my bike accessories. And when I came back two days later to pick up my new bike he helped me get it fitted to my body type and riding style.

Luke in the repair shop is the bomb! He is always so kind and generous. I always know I'll receive the help I need when I walk into the store. Also, repairs are always super quick. I wouldn't take my bike to anyone else!

i like Trek because you can find them in the cities where i ride. the bikes hold up to my expectations when i ride. customer service has to be great, and so far it has. service is pretty fast and well done. I'm glad trek has come to my city. the Trek workers always has a smile for me and i keep coming back for more.
