Dale was amazing, and extremely helpful for someone relatively new to the scene, wasn't pushy about selling anything, and listened to my concerns and questions with a clear intent to help and get me exactly what I needed, as well as being very enthusiastic about the hobby himself! The store was clean and well-organized, staff on hand and had a welcoming atmosphere, I will most definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for not only good and well-made bicycles, but also knowledgable and friendly staff!

I bought a new electric bike from another vendor and needed the shifters and brakes adjusted. I also decided to buy some better tires for the bike than what came standard on the bike. Their prices were very reasonable as well as the tune up service package they offered. The bike now shifts extremely well and the disc brake adjustment made alot of difference. I appreciate Trek and the services they offer. Thank you.
