You guys fixed my ISO-speed joint the same day that I brought it in compared to a large in town Trek dealer that told me it would be a week before they could look at it and had no idea how much longer after. I really appreciate you getting be back out on the bike!!

This is my fourth Trek since moving to colorado 1990. Came for the skiing, stayed for the biking. Loved all my bikes, now excited for first e bike FX+7S. Denver Trek shop is great place and terrific staff. Love the bike quality, innovation, and hoping for the same long term durability with this bike.

The service team was very friendly and helpful when they serviced my Trek bike and lent me a loaner bike. They were transparent about pricing. Markus also kept me informed of the progress. My bike was fixed and returned to me in better working order than when I dropped it off to be repaired.

The customer service that Jose and his colleagues provide at Trek is exceptional. I am a brand new rider and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to show me the ropes. Each time a question or complication arose, Jose was kind, prompt, and eager to address my concerns. He went out of his way to help me without missing a beat. He ensured I was taken care of and put me at ease. Hands down, Jose provides the highest quality customer experience and because of him, I am no longer afraid to walk into a bike shop.
