They guys at the Trek Bicycle Downtown Denver are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, lots of good suggestions and quick to get little things on my bike serviced if needed. Quick to solve problems with helpful tips, tricks, and solutions. Oh, and I love my bike, I dont sleep with it anymore, but I keep it close.

While it took a while to source the replacement parts, the Trek mechanics did a good job with the repairs which makes me confident that I can ride the bike without worrying about how it is going to behave.

I love my new bike. The service employee who helped me, I think his name was James l, was super cool and took the time to explain the features of the bike with me, along with potential issues that may arise due to break in. I’m very pleased even though this is an entry level bike. I was treated liked it was the most expensive in the store and I’m grateful.

James Height is a top notch rep for Trek. I bought my first bike in 15+ years and he walked me through every detail. He then followed up when he said he would to put me on the bike I wanted. As my bike collection grows, I will be back to trek
