Fast service, respectful, friendly, and professional. Fixed my spare, but checked the tire as well, and found a staple in it. Pulled it out to prevent another flat in the near future.

The location is perfect, the store is clean, and the staff is friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgable. They not only fixed my bike, but also provide very helpful information on airless tires, on new bikes and bike donation and maintenance. I even learned about the theatre and dance programs at Wayne State University! They also have an online store, which is very convenient. It's a nicely run business. I am impressed.

The team there is very friendly and helpful. I was looking to get a new bike for my 9-year-old. I was able to trade in my son's smaller bike on the next size up at a nice discount. The program makes purchasing the next bike more affordable when your child outgrows their previous bike.
