Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I hadn’t realized my bike was still under warranty. They did. They ordered and installed the necessary parts, then showed me how to keep the bike ready for use. The whole process was quicker than I expected. I really like this shop!

Paul and the crew offered the best professional and prompt customer service. I arrived at the store about 20 minutes before closing and I didn't anticipate my brakes being fixed at that late hour. The matter was skillfully repaired on the spot and I was able to leave with my bike in short order. I love the camaraderie among the staff in the store it makes going there a joyful experience.

I had a flat tire on a heavy e-bike. The shop was able to replace the tube fairly quickly. I arrived at 4 pm one day. I was promised the bike back by the same time the next day. I received a message that it was ready about 3 pm the next day.
