I like that it was easy and quick to buy my daughter a new bike in the Trek store. I like that the colors were cool ( black with metallic red) and i like we could add a water bottle holder and kickstand and that it could be delivered to my house later that day. Easy is important for my busy family. I also like the cooshy shock fork that my daughter can turn on and off for trails or curbing it.

I was a little disappointed in the lack of sizes in helmets and shorts. But I understand the supply chain issues due to tariffs. The store was short handed due to someone calling out sick. But Brad was great! Very helpful and personable. I’ll be back for sure

Had a Townie bike repaired. Understood the cost and work being done Reasonable turn around time and complete as promised. Also have a Trek hybrid and it’s been a solid bike for me for a number of years now. Trek is clearly a good brand and with service backing it up too.

It's nice to have a bicycle shop close to my house. I've purchased my Trek Mt. Bike from your shop. I own multiple types of bikes. We also do Multisport in USA and abroad. I need a mechanic that can handle all types of situations. Unfortunately you have a high rate of employee turnover in the shop. I get a good one and they are out of there. Just stopped in and I heard a new manager is coming aboard. I hope there are some good changes. Michael is the only one who I have know over the last 2 years or so. Last female mechanic M. did an excellent job on my Seven Road Bike. She is a keeper. Let's start paying your employees a good salary and charging us for the excellent service they provide. There are high class riders in this area looking for reputable and reliant service with an reasonable turn around time. WK

Amber was super helpful and kind during the warranty process for my bike as well as going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with a replacement. Mike is always friendly and helpful when I come in. The new service manager, I forgot his name was knowledgeable and thorough in ensuring my bike was 100% good to go after having an issue with the fork and rear brake.
