They fix and service bikes very well. They are timely and professional. They do not recommend unnecessary service but do what is needed for great bike maintenance. They explain how equipment works ( for example- bike racks) and demonstrate as needed.

I love this store. I never walk away unsatisfied. I don’t go often and I don’t spend a lot of money, but nevertheless I am always treated well, and I get lots of information from really helpful sales people. I am just a casual cyclist, but I’ve owned Trek bikes since the 1980s. I’m really happy that this store is so close to me now, so I can get the support I need from a consistently friendly and helpful group of people.
