I really appreciate that this location has a full bike repair program in house and provides a level of expertise on what the repairs will be for an older bike. Also appreciated the help to get bikes off and on the racks. Trek user for life!

Everyone in this store is very helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to discuss the proper items, help find them online if they are not available in the store. I have never felt pressured to buy any thing but always have so much more information when I leave than when I arrived. I take my bikes their each Spring for a check/tune-up and I always feel really energized to get back on the bike. They are thorough in their inspection of the bikes and I feel reassured that they are in good working order. They have made recommendations of items to increase safe riding and often dissuade me from buying unnecessary accessories. I would definitely recommend this Trek store!

Went in yesterday to get some tubeless race tires resealed for my wife's bike. Andrew the technician checked the tires carefully and found cracks. We replaced the tires, new stems and sealant. Had them back with a few hours. Nice job Andrew. I have been using Spring House Trek Shop for years. They know how to treat their customers. They know bikes and how to service them.

We had an exceptional experience at Trek Spring Houde, PA when we went to check out the Trek Verve + 1 Step Through E-Bike. Mike was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, personable and kept going above and beyond our expectations. He helped us through questions, the test ride, picking out accessories and the purchase. He also assured us they are there for anything we need regarding the bike or even biking in general. My wife may decide she also wants an e-bike and we will not hesitate to go straight back to Mike for another selection/purchase.
