Quick response from the store when I request for a reservation for the bike I want. I'm very happy purchasing it from them and they told us about the accessories that I need for the bike which we also purchase from the score.

The people that helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was sold anything I didn't need (as I've often felt at other bike shops!) Their fees for tuneups were posted so you would know what to expect if you brought in your bike for service, There was a very down to earth energy in the shop.
