I went there on Sunday because I had a bike reserved and had received a text saying it was being held for me at this location. When I got there, the bike had not been built and was in a queue to be ready by Tuesday. The bike was to be a surprise dory husbands birthday, so coming back really wasn't an option. The associate spoke with the builder and they said they could get it done in an hour! I am so thankful that they made it happen and I was able to leave with the bike that day. Service was top notch and all of my questions were answered!

Everything that needed repair was done fantastically. Parts that needed replacing were good quality. Operation of bike was smooth. Brakes were excellent. Appearance of bike is like new.
Adam was very helpful in showing us how to attach the child carrier on a bike. I wasn't so happy about the time it took for the carrier to be assembled & ready for pick up, but it worked out in the end.
I loved that the sales person did not pressure me to buy a more expensive bike. He listened for exactly what I was looking for, pointed me to a great bike (that i love) that happened to be on sale and never pressured me to look at more expensive/newer models. I had just before been to another bike shop in town where the sales person did the exact opposite and I was really turned off.
