Great service! The knowledgeable and friendly staff member was able to quickly help me with a problem with my bike. Even though they were very busy, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it within minutes. Highly recommend this store!

First time Trek buyer. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very helpful employee showed me the bikes I was interested in and after settling on the right bike assisted me with the accessories I wanted. Bike had to be built but within three days I received a text saying it was ready. Easy pickup.
