Friendly staff who can service both hardcore bicyclists and casual leisure riders. I observed both during my short visit and I was very impressed as many shops are intimidating for casual riders. Everyone starts out as a casual rider, right?!?

Mechanic (Kevin) was extremely helpful in resolving my tire issue. He performed a complete inspection and check out... no charge. Much appreciated. (I did purchase two spare tubes afterward.) Also, desk personnel (Sorry, didn't catch his name... He is the gentleman with an artificial leg) was very helpful in guiding my riding companion in her purchase of a spare tire inflator. Your staff's friendliness, helpfulness is a nice comfort to those of us out on the roads !

The worker who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was allowed to take a couple of bikes out on a test run and the attendant helped me adjust different things on the bike until I found something that worked for me.

I broke my daughter’s tire trying to add an accessory to it. The technician was amazing and found a replacement and fixed it the same day. I retained my title of “Best dad” because he saved me. Last time I try and fix anything again bike wise. Always going to Trek!
