The Easton Trek store is the absolute best. I have been restoring and Building two Mountain bikes and each time I needed a part, Easton Trek came through with flying colors. From Crank Bolts to Headset Spacers to Great Grips and Bottle cages. Literally every time I went there, I left with what I needed. I also purchased my Trek Roscoe 8 at a fantastic price. The Roscoe 8 is one of the best Hardtail MTB's money can buy. The 7 & 9 Roscoes are also fantastic with the 8 siting nicely in the middle. I ride my Roscoe every day and it always puts a smile on my face. I also can't wait to see the new models coming out. Late 2025 & 2026 will surely put some incredible new bikes on my wish list. Thanks to Mark & Jason for such great service. I don't know everyone's name at the Easton Trek store but several other employees have helped me. Each one was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I just bought Bontrager brand inner tubes. A trivial product to some.... but I can always trust them. Specially on hot summer roads they hold their own. I had expensive ones balloon up on me but never Bontrager. Customer service - simply tops!!!!

They make me feel more than just a customer, they make me feel like a family. they make me feel like we're friends.. I enjoy going down to the shop, sometimes I'll ride my bike all the way down just to visit and say hi.. Just happy to be able to ride one of my 3 brand new bikes.
