The person (aka "Joe") that was in charge of my service was extremely nice and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. My rear gear sprocket needed to be replaced. When picking up my bike, I asked him why I need to depress my front brake more than the back. He adjusted my brake cable on the spot rather than leaving my bike to pick up at a later date. He should be recognized as a great employee and the main reason why I will use Trek Easton. I reside in Bethlehem so the drive is about 20 minutes. The service is well worth the ride.

Went they’re expecting to drop off my sons bike to get a tube replaced and have to come back another day to pick up and they fixed it in about 20 minutes.

I like Trek a lot and have always bought my bikes form Genesis in Easton which is now Trek. The only comment I would like to make is about their service. I wish when you bring in your bike they would tell you two days for service instead of saying possibly be done by the end of the day. It gives the customer false hope especially when one loves to bike.
