Great customer service!! Very helpful in repairing a non-Trek brand bike. They held a new Trek bike in layaway for 2 days that we were interested in buying, which we purchased. I just recently purchase a Marlin 6 at the Trek store in Easton, PA. From the moment I walked in Jason and the whole staff were awesome. Jason let me take a couple different size bikes for a test ride and set me up with the best bike for trails I want to ride. The store is well stocked, very clean, and everything a retail store should be.

I purchased the Verve 2, I am 5' 9" and the Large frame fit me perfect. I am usually on a medium frame. Excellent customer service, the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was affordable with 1 complimentary tune up to be used at any point within the first year of purchase. Also, the bike looks sharp, rides smooth, sits more upright which is very comfortable for long rides and there is fantastic adjustment options for the handlebars.
