The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to exppore their accessories section and bought few items. They also offered me repair services to any bike I owned. I was surprised because i have a different brand. They said “no problem” they dont limit them selves to only Trek brand bikes.
I wish I knew there was a Trek store before. They just made a new returning customer! Thumbs up!
Quinn is just the best, he is knowledgeable and knows how to treat people with respect, so nice and easy to deal with him. Also the bike mechanic knows what he is doing. My baby looks brand new.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the pickup process easy. While I was there, I also bought a few accessories—everything was well-stocked and organized. I really appreciated the smooth service, the recommendations without pushing and how well they handled everything. Highly recommend for both online orders and in-store purchases!
