Always greeted as I enter the store~ friendly service, and highest quality service for my race bike. Service details are carefully noted and fully explained. Occasional rewards/coupons are a nice bonus. Also a huge selection of bikes and accessories.

I walked in a complete beginner and said I needed everything. I signed up for a race tomorrow and I don't even have a bike. The worker did not treat me any lesser for it, he was super passionate and knowledgeable about road and mountain biking and knew exactly what I needed. It never felt like he was trying to upset things, he did not pick the top of the line "just because". I got several options and could pick depending on my budget. Got a great bike and gear and I left so stoked to head out into the forest.

They did a great job evaluating issues I had with shifting and the drivetrain. They provided options for repair not just shoving me into the most expensive one. I’ve had the level 2 service done here multiple times and have always been satisfied.

Trek EDH is more than a store. It is the hub of bicycle community. I walked in with a bike needing repair. Mike greeted me by name and went to work fixing my bike. Twenty minutes later I am ready to ride. I love that the staff knows me, knows how I ride and is always ready to help me reach my riding goals. I love that we talk cycling, and that they are a repository of knowledge and share it well.

Really like this bicycle shop. Great products and staff. No pressure for sales. Mike keeps the store environment friendly meeting every customer where they are. Luke is knowledgeable and helpful is service. My bike repair was done on time and on budget.

Brands are only as good as their people; one such person is Mike - the manager. He's keen on making everything right, addressing customer needs, and following up. The second is the head of service, I think his name is Luke. He worked on my Colnago road bike and my Scott mt bike, did a great job!
