Service was amazing, the people I worked with at the El Dorado Hills store were Luke and Mike and they were great. I bought a new Domane, and I couldn’t be happier with the bike. I also picked up some accessories, they were kind enough to set my bike up completely before I left the store. This is hands-down my favorite bike store!

I truly enjoyed my experience at the Trek store in El Dorado Hills! I am a novice when it comes to all bike things, but the sales person was neither condescending or patronizing. He explained the nuisances of this bike in layman’s terms which made sense to me.

The staff were helpful and answered my questions. My salesperson, Zachary, was patient while I tried out multiple bikes. I explained what my riding plans are, and he suggested what bikes will fit my needs. In the end, he even installed the accessories I purchased and explained the service care I can have within the first year.

I took my Checkpoint in Trek El Dorado Hills after hearing a noise coming from the front end when climbing out of the saddle. Mike (Service) test rode my bike and also confirmed noise issue, but like me was unable to diagnose exact cause and said they were unable to resolve that day, but would have my bike back with in 3 days. Mike called me back next day, stating my bike was fixed and ready for pickup! After another test ride and reevaluation of the noise. The stem hardware was removed and the compression plug was not sitting correctly in the steerer. The steerer, compression plug and headset compression cap (greased) were reinstalled, adjusted and tall torqued to recommended stem hardware specifications and noise eliminated. Many thanks to Mike and Keith at Trek EDH for resolving issue, with quick turnaround and not charging me! They also provide out standing service in all the years that I have used the EDH bike store location.
