Trek El Dorado Hills is my local bike shop and I love it! Whenever I walk in I am greeted by name by Mike and/or Luke. They not only know me, they know my bikes and they understand how I ride. My most recent visit was for a service on my Domane SLR 7, which I have had for 8 months and about 4000 miles. Luke took plenty of time going over what was needed, what was not, and set up a plan that made sense for me. Then, the work was performed exceptionally well and on-time. I'd shout out the tech who did the work too, but shame on me I don't know his name. I have bought three (of my five) Trek bicycles at this store. They service them all and I won't change that.

Excellent customer service and tune up met my expectations. Staff is professional and great listeners. I recommend Trek Eldorado Hills. Staff are knowledgeable and give advice that is helpful. When comparing accessories, they don’t upsell you. In fact, they provide options that may work with your budget.
