Michael, the manager, is a rockstar. Always willing to help and answer questions. Never feel upsold. He's the reason I keep coming back. As far as service, I just got the best tune up I've ever had. They even managed to get out a few scratches I thought were there to stay.

Mike, the store manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate his sincere approach to listening to me and offering recommendations on bicycles, accessories and riding tips. He also points out features between different bicycles so I can make informed decisions. I believe Trek makes excellent bicycles and I prefer to frequent one store so I can establish a relationship with the staff.

Clean and relax store atmosphere with good test ride area. The store also had the bike model n size that I wanted. In addition, i received fair price for my purchases. I would like to say thank you to Zach for helping me.

Been here many times. Mike is always super nice. Super helpful. Keith is the best mechanic I’ve ever seen. I’ve taken my bikes to other mechanics with “decades” of experience and they can’t get my bike working properly. I take it to Keith and he fixes what they’ve messed up. He is truly a master and I’m grateful. Only downside is there are not two Keith’s.
