Upon arrival the gentleman working there were so pleasant and helpful. I dropped my bike off for repairs and quickly received an email regarding the needed repairs. The repair was done quickly and we were so pleased with the experience that we brought my husband’s bike in for service. This is a well run business with great employees.

You're establishment is absolutely fantastic ! We've taken 2 bikes to you. And you have repaired them, and we were able to give one of them to someone who does not have a car, and they were extremely happy. And one of your employees gave us a ten percent off for a helmet to give to the woman who has been walking to her workplace daily. We have purchased five bicycles from this store so far, and this time I bought three bikes at once. The location is very convenient for us, the store has a great selection, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Overall, we have had a very good experience, which is why we keep coming back. I would definitely recommend this store to others. The only difference this time was that the three bikes were sold at their regular price, and we did not receive any additional discount. On my previous purchases, the manager gave me a very good discount on top of the listed price, so I was hoping for something similar this time as well. Still, overall this is a great store with a nice collection and very good staff.

Brandon was awesome! I already had my bike picked out online and went to view it in person. He knew exactly what I needed to make it perfect! He recommended products that would benefit me while being honest about things I didn’t need. He installed everything for me, and he interacted with my kids and let them ride bikes around the store while he got mine situated. He helped me load up on my bike rack after everything was done, and he was all around just a super cool guy to talk to. And I LOVE my new bike! 10/10 experience. Thank you Brandon!

You bike technicians are the best and will give advice on maintaining your bike and why some part needs to be replaced vs. a tune-up or repair. I’m always treated with respect as a cyclist, even though I’m a 70+ year old woman.

Jacob ws very helpful with explanations of what was needed to service my bike and ordering needed parts. Additionally was able to add the tire goop to the tubeless tires while I waited, which was great. Also chatted about new Ebikes and various price points. Helpful and courteous.
