The team at Trek Ellicott City was extremely helpful! My bike was in pretty bad shape, and they were able to service it quickly and effectively (<2.5 hours at the end of the day). I appreciated that they didn't try to add any additional service and were transparent about the repairs being done. They also helped with installing a Garmin GPS. Can't say enough good things about this team!
