Employees have a complete understanding of their equipment. When I mention my needs or what I am trying to improve, they go beyond explain what I can do to my bicycle along with workouts, routes, and groups I should consider joining. When you leave you are set for the hundreds of miles to come on your bicycle. You are not a client with the staff, you are a fellow friend and cyclists.

The team at the Elmwood location is first class. I needed to ship a bike to my son in Charleston, SC and needed some direction. All I needed to do was explain my situation and their team jumped in with several suggestions. I own two Trek bikes and highly recommend this brand as well as the Elmwood location for all of your "serious" needs - they got it down pat - hats off guys!!!!!!
