My visit to the Trek store was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a new bike and the one I chose was perfect except for the handlebars. The staff altered the handle bars so that I would feel more comfortable on the bike. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new bike.

I’ve never had a better experience at a bike shop than the one I had with Thomas. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me with my needs.. Whether it was explaining gear ratios, adjusting fit, or offering honest advice about what I did and didn’t need, Thomas went above and beyond every step of the way. He is not just a representative. He is an expert, a problem solver, and a true advocate for the customer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my bike needs. Thomas is simply the best.
