I took my bike in to rebuild a blown hub, replace brake pads, new chain and cassette. Bob was extremely thorough in examining my bike and explaining what needed to be done and what was recommended in the future, but not necessary at that time. He was transparent with pricing and the timeline with repairs. Everything went smoothly and the shop contacted me when they encountered an issue and asked me how I wanted to proceed before initiating work. I appreciated their communication and honesty and how quickly the turnaround was in completing repairs. The shop is top notch and does what they say without surprises. I highly recommend Trek Encinitas!

Good experience with purchasing an ebike and also getting my older bike tuned up. Also had a very positive experience with a defective part exchange. It’s a large store, and the staff are very qualified and personable.

Bob Conklin really did a great job. My bike needed new tires and he spent a lot of time talking about doing a tubeless conversion, pros and cons. Then he carefully picked the correct tires for my use. He carefully checked the rest of the bike and said that everything was in good shape. Then I had questions about my other bike, a Top Fuel. No one else was waiting, so he cleared up some concerns about that bike sight unseen. Bob was very helpful and I will definitely return [NAME REMOVED]

Mid-day on a random Tuesday and I was greeted right when I walked in, I think his name was Tim. He cashed me out at the front desk. Super helpful without being “in your face”. He took the time to help while letting me explore on my own. Very sweet to my 1-year old daughter and helped us fit her for her first helmet. Thank you!
