Happen to be in town for a conference & needed a new computer for my new gravel rig. Upon entry into the store, Ian greeted me & checked if I needed anything in particular. I have 3 of the Bontrager Elite computer already & knew what I wanted. We had a great conversation regarding Electra and my history with that company. Store was clean, well organized and well stocked. Kudos to all. Wizz

Wide range of bike styles and prices. The expertise is seemingly unlimited. The staff was willing to invest a lot of time to explain the various advantages and disadvantages of numerous bikes. This was all accomplished in a friendly no pressure environment. I highly recommend Trek Encinitas.

I had an issue with a bike lock that was defective from the manufacturer or their vendor. Ian was gracious and took care of the lock and replaced it for me for my son’s bike. Thank you again for replacing the defective lock.
