Bob raised my bike on a rack and looked over everything. I bought a new inttertube. He gave me a ballpark as to when I should bring it in again to replace chain and maybe tires. I appreciate the safety inspection and will bring the bike back at the right time.

24 hr bike rental, Madone with 105 and 32 tires rode great, well tuned and fit, service was excellent and timely; all around, a great experience. 32 mile r/t to Escondido Monument, 23 mile r/t to Coastside, spectacular ocean views, good hills, perfect weather.

The customer service rep (Ian) was super responsive to the type of transaction I needed. (cash sale and lay away until a birthday). I already own a 14 year old Trek DT, so I am sold on the brand quality. The two bikes were in perfect shape when I picked them up. Thank you Ian!

I bought my first bike and Tim made the experience feel like a kid getting his first bike on Christmas and buying your first car at the same time! I appreciate his help and how he took care of me. I wasn’t planning on buying a bike that day but he made me feel all the right feelings and I felt confident enough that I was more then happy to purchase on the spot!!

Ryan was very helpful when I looked at the Verve and Fx bikes. He listened and provided excellent service. I am not ready to buy anything yet, but I did rent a Verve 3 for the Bike the Bayshore ride last Sunday. The service technician on duty seemed a little unsure of how to do the transaction, but he did manage to get a bike ready to go. I was able to coerce him to help me put it in my car because of the weight. He did so, but complained the entire time. I don't know his name, but he will be known to me as Mr. Grumpy Bear. (White hair, facial hair) Upon returning the rental to the store, I was greeted by Bob and he was very polite and cordial. I compared the service to the Kearny Mesa Trek story and the Encinitas store won hands down.
