I appreciate the people working in the store and how helpful they are. Feel like they are knowledgeable while also not trying to force their opinion on you. The service center was good and straight to the point. We had our bikes serviced as a part of the one time adjustment program for new bike owners and happy that is a part of buying a bike at Trek Encinitas.
