I brought my 40 year old Trek into the store for a tune up, The service tech (forgot his name) greeted me with a Wow - he hadn't my model for a long time. He got me set up for the service and found something I didn't see. the rear hub was cracked. I was thankful he was so observant. he was friendly courteous, and to my untutored eye very knowledgeable. Once the service was set up, it was handled efficiently and my bike looks good as new. It was even completed 2 days early! A very good experience.

If they don't have something in stock, the staff are happy to get it ordered and delivered to store in a few days. They have the stuff I need to keep my road bike clean and running well.

I could talk with the tech who worked on my bike and he was an absolute pro, not an exaggerator and right to the point so I was comfortable that I wasn’t gonna get gouged. Thats a big comp.

Friendly and welcoming place to park your bike inside if you bike to the location. Very Easy to Bike up get a drink of water and do some browsing while out on a ride in beautiful shore town!

Trek bikes became our new go-to as of the pandemic time. Trek service and sales on the 101 are the best. We go nowhere else. We also know the personnel there because of our purchases and service needs.

I'm very happy with the bike I purchased at this Trek Store. When I've come in for a tune-up, an adjustment, a question or anything else, I get amazing service. Bob especially has always helped me right away and explained everything so I could not only understand it but suggestions on how I could take good care of my bike. I'm just a novice rider, but they never make me feel intimidated for some of the questions I have. It's a great great place to buy a bike or anuthing related to your bike.

What a team! Initially, Pasadena Cyclery invested time thanks to Dan who unselfishly connected me with Trek Bicycle Encinitas, since that was where my desired bike was in stock, based on a national search. My entry point with Trek Bicycle Encinitas was Tim, who is extraordinary, patient, and educative. The next day I drove down to Encinitas from Pasadena and test rode my bike. Ultimately, I worked with Tim, Ian, and eventually the master technician Bob. I have never purchased a bike with such supportive expertise. Deeply grateful and I look forward to deepening my relationship with Trek overtime. And of course, I will be sure to stop by and say hello to Tim, Ian and Bob when I'm in town visiting my best friend from my undergraduate days at Georgetown! Thanks guys. Your passion and expertise is deeply felt and appreciated!
