I brought my bike in without an appointment for a repair and was able to get my bike repaired without a wait. The technician was very helpful and answered my questions regarding options to consider when I replace my tires.

I was greeted right away, asked for for pedals. Associat got them for me and installed them for me. Asked me if I needed anything else. Donated my hold pedals and Associat shared with donations he's done for kids. I think his name is Ian. Great guy

We have high end Trek electric assist bikes and the latch broke that allows the battery to be removed for charging. Trek Encinitas tech, Craig, ordered the part, charged the battery and reinserted it so my wife could ride. When the replacement part arrived, we got excellent service is getting the problem fixed and getting us back on the road

Bike Rental was very easy and the Trek Domane SL5 was in perfect working order. The Mechanic who assisted me was very helpful explaining some of the newer features that I wasn't familiar with because my Trek Madone and Emonda don't have some of the new features that the SL5 has. Great experience!
