I was impressed with the service. Even though I had an old bike and they couldn't source the rare parts, they still went above and beyond to help me find the part on eBay. I returned a week later with the part and they were able to fix my bike immediately. I was expecting to have to return in a few days but I was surprised.

I have some loyalty to the bike brand having owned several models over the years. They are outstanding road bikes that I've enjoyed riding. I am less enamored with both the service department and servicing in general. I've had mixed results and different interpretations depending on which mechanic I'm working with. I'm especially puzzled by the unexplained 171 wait to receive my Domane+ SLR-7 Project One bike. In my mind, there is no excuse for making customers wait almost six months for a new bike - especially when no explanation is provided.
Free advice or even repairs on small issues. Great focus on the customer instead of charging for every small service. Similar to the philosophy of Discount Tire in Encinitas. Builds a lot of customer loyalty. I have recommended Trek to several friends.
I am a long time customer and have always had great service at Trek Encinitas, whether for sales or repairs. I highly recommend this store, no matter what brand bike you may have.
I brought my bike in without an appointment for a repair and was able to get my bike repaired without a wait. The technician was very helpful and answered my questions regarding options to consider when I replace my tires.
I was greeted right away, asked for for pedals. Associat got them for me and installed them for me. Asked me if I needed anything else. Donated my hold pedals and Associat shared with donations he's done for kids. I think his name is Ian. Great guy
We have high end Trek electric assist bikes and the latch broke that allows the battery to be removed for charging. Trek Encinitas tech, Craig, ordered the part, charged the battery and reinserted it so my wife could ride. When the replacement part arrived, we got excellent service is getting the problem fixed and getting us back on the road
