The bicycle mechanic repaired my flat tire on the spot. I was lucky that the tire valve broke when I had completed my bike ride. I'm grateful that the bicycle mechanic replaced the inner tube in 10 minutes. I definitely would tell some of my co workers/friends about the wonderful experience to shop at trek bike shop.

I mostly use the service department - maybe buy an occasional pair of gloves or something. The service guys are always awesome - so knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a lot of work done on my Surly over the years and it's always been great quality.
