The store had a great open concept feel which made looking at all a real pleasure. The best thing in the store was Olaf. He was fantastic. I was not sure what bike, but described what I like and didn’t and he was able to show me three bikes that would work. From there he worked with me on the pros and cons of each and I was able to pick the perfect bike. I picked it up yesterday.

Maintenance and repair team are always friendly and helpful. My 12 year old son loves going there and watching them work. We will most likely buy him another bike there within the next year. Thank you for the terrific service over the years.
The sales staffs are knowledgeable and the service crew are helpful. Just ask them and if they know the answer they will tell you even if it’s not doable.
Updated to 10 from a previous 7. The service people at the store were extremely polite, friendly and quick. John (who checked the bike over when I brought it in) was great - he gave me a very positive first impression of your store. The bike was done when they told me it would be done and my bill was in line with the estimate. My reason for providing the initial 7/10 was the overall cost of the service- nearly $500. The estimate I was provided when I brought the bike in was for the correct amount, so this cost wasn’t a surprise to me, but this seems very high (basically the same thing I paid for the bike new). I chose to have the service done knowing how much it would cost, but still think the cost was high.
Love your Fairfax store, which is where my bicycling journey began in 2017 (Spokes Etc.). Love my trek bike, and love your wonderful staff. I am proud to be your loyal client.
