I bought my new Domane SL5 from Trek Fairfax and couldn't be happier with the service received by the staff and the amazing bike. I was trying to decide between two sizes and the staff patiently assisted me, including swapping out pedals so I could ride with my own biking shoes/cleats, while test rode the two. I highly recommend Trek bikes, and definitely the Fairfax store.

I use Trek Bicycle Fairfax to repair and to tune my bike. They always very helpful and very friendly. They explain what is wrong, how it can be fixed, the cost, options, schedual. Now as it became old, I am buying a new one. Trek has a big choice. The staff is knowledgeable and takes time to explain details about the bikes and support to make the right choice. Good place, good people. (They even met me to help me to unload my bike when I came last time).
