Everyone is extremely helpful, especially your service department. They quickly address minor issues and sometimes fix on the spot. They dont push or overcharge, in fact they do most minor things without labor charge which builds trust and leads to more purchases anyway when not pushed. Many times i will get random things just to show support. John is especially helpful with every issue I have had. Also teaches for understanding.

Excellent help/customer service while helping choose a bike for our son! Took the time to explain why he was recommending the size bike and helped my son to understand the different operations (brakes, gears) as this is new for him! Haven’t had an opportunity to use just yet due to weather, but the bike seems solid and well made.
