Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well stocked showroom. Trek stands behind their products. I have owned several types of Trek bicycles and they are well designed. Trek bicycles are a great value since they incorporate nice features for a reasonable price. The staff at Trek Bicycle in Fairfield are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always recommend my local Trek store because I know they will treat the person right and the bikes are great.

The entire staff at Trek Fairfield was friendly and professional during my recent visits. They took the time to ask me qualifying questions and then showed me several different models based on my type of riding. I never once felt pressured to buy a higher priced model and once I did choose a bike, several different payment options were offered to me. I ultimately chose to pay part in cash and financed the remaining balance thru Citizens Pay. Great experience so far and I am also very happy to receive complimentary tune ups at 2 months and 1 year. I made a coupe of new friends during my visits and look forward to stopping in the Fairfield Trek store again soon. I will definitely be recommending Trek Fairfield to others that also enjoy riding.
