I recommend Trek to my friends all the time...I say 'Ask for Jason and use my name'!! I was greeted by name immediately when walking into the store with bike and a flat tire. In 10 minutes they put on a new tube and replaced the puncture tire and had me going home. Again I was thanked by name. Trek is amazing....So glad they came to Fairfield!

Brought my wife's bike to shop with a flat tire. Mike took it right away, removed and inspected tire and wheel. Replaced the inner tube (had hole), all for $30. Inspected gear shifting and brakes and made minor adjustment to gears free of charge. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We were very happy with our experience here.

The Trek store is a great store. It carries almost everything you would need to be a successful cyclist. It sells bikes, tires, lights, cycling clothes, bike computers, etc. Most of all the people in the store who include Jason and his co workers are knowledgeable cyclists who provide excellent customer service.
