I dropped my Trek bike off for annual maintenance on Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was offered refreshments and place to sit while waiting. Someone checked in with me several times. Asa introduced me to e-bikes and gave a great explanation of the different levels, etc. He did very good job. I Ieft expecting to pick my bike up 4 days later. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text that same evening that my bike was done and ready to be picked up! I picked it up the next day and was able to go for a 10 mile bike ride!! Great service, friendly staff, can't ask for more than that! Thank you! Cindy Willson

Josh and all the other staff are great! This is one of the few shops within driving distance of metro Detroit that has the die to cut threads on a 1" steerer column. I had just got a new Soma rigid fork to replace the old RockShox on a vintage mountain bike and they were gracious enough to cut and rethread the fork to match the old one while I waited. Luckly this was a cold spring day before the big warm weather rush (don't expect this as standard practice); nonetheless they were very flexible and accommodating and I can't praise their dedication to friendly service enough. I recommend this establishment highly!!! JZ

Joey and his team finished the work quicker than expected. They emailed me after to let me know that they charged me for 8 GU's when I only had 6! Most importantly, my bike is as good as new.

I had an absolutely great experience at Trek Bicycle of Grand Blanc. This was my first time buying a bike that didn’t come from a big box store. I was in between frame sizes but Josh had no problem working with me and helping me test out both to get the right feel. He made me feel at ease, and answered all the questions a first timer would have. I would definitely recommend Trek Bicycle of Grand Blanc to both experienced cyclists, and first timers like me.
