I came into the store on a couple of occasions. First to get a helmet for my 6-year-old granddaughter. The associate (unfortunately, didn't get his name) who helped me was awesome. He fitted my granddaughter for a helmet and made her feel comfortable. Second, was to bring in her bike for a kickstand and water bottle holder. Again, the same associate helped and was amazing with her. Another associate even gave her some stickers for her bike. Highly recommend Trek.

Joey recommended a new set of tires that I purchased and then he went out of his way to squeeze my order in (putting the tires and tubes on) that day so that I could ride that evening. BTW, The tires he recommended are the absolute best!
