I normally deal with Joey or Josh and they are always amazing. Trek Grand Blanc always provides the definition of customer service and have always made sure we have the best experience they can provide. They spend the time to help when purchasing new equipment to ensure we are satisfied with the product and the service department has always been accommodating and timely with all work!

I have specialized bicycles. I used to shop at the store when Matt owned the store. When it first switched over, I had concerns because I was told that they would not work on my bikes, but I don’t know if something changed or I was given the wrong information. But on yesterday, Joshua was right on point very kind great to talk to and I definitely will be returning to have a Bike computer installed Probably next month. I know for Service specialized requires that my bike is serviced at a specialized dealership to maintain warranty. But for general things, it is very convenient to have the store basically in my backyard. And if I’m having something done, I will definitely ask for Joshua.
