Excellent service. This was my first bike purchase from Trek. I ordered online and picked up in store. It was ready a couple days sooner than expected, fully assembled. The rep at the store was super friendly. Helped size the bike for me before I left and explained everything I might need to know about the bike. I appreciated the lack of pushy sales tactics. He suggested some accessories that made sense and wasn't trying to sell me on ridiculous items just to make a buck as one might run into at other stores.

Joey was great! He was very helpful in answering all my questions and the first sales person to ever really help me choose a bike based on my desired riding style and my size instead of just selling me a random bike that caught my eye (which most do)! Thanks again to Joey and I highly recommend this store!

I appreciated their one-on-one personal service. Josh and Joey were patient, very knowledgeable of their bikes and other store products, and took their time to fit the bike to my specific needs. I, also appreciated the lay away/deposit plan. The convenience of the nearby bike trail allowed me to test ride various terrains.

The staff was very helpful. My wife & I have not bought bikes for many decades. They helped understand what we were looking for and directed us to the options they felt were right for us. Gave us options and then let us take the bikes out for a demo. Having trails next to the store was a great experience.
