Mark at the flower mound location was so patient and helpful selecting the right bike for my son. We reviewed all of the options extensively so when we did make our choice, we felt it was the right model and fit for now and the future After the purchase, Mark was able to construct the bike on the same day. My son was incredibly excited to be able to ride his new bike to school today. All in all, fantastic experience at Trek in flower mound

Daniel was exceptional. He engaged my kids, had them help him with installing the kick stand, asked them why they should never have metal rubbing over metal, which way to screw something in, had them grease the screws, etc. My sons are fairly reserved but he got them laughing. Great experience.
