I just bought a Trek townie And I’m organizing a bike club with my friends I haven’t ridden a bike in 20 years and I’m 72 years old Can’t wait to get back to riding bikes Daniel at the Trek store in Flower Mound Texas is awesome A few times I’ve gone and he has taught me more than anyone has ever taught me I sent my friend there to have her bike serviced I’m telling all my friends to go there and ask for Daniel He’s the best

Daniel helped my husband and me, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain the differences between the helmets, asked thoughtful questions about how we use our bikes, and made sure the helmets we chose fit us properly. He was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and we never felt rushed. His customer service was outstanding, and we truly appreciated the care and attention he gave us. Highly recommend working with Daniel!

Never let down when I go inside a Trek Shop! Chad took care of writing up my request without any issues. I was so excited when I picked up my bike with new tubeless tires and shiny new bar tape. Also felt welcoming with the discussions about group rides and finding community in the area. Thanks y'all!
