My wife had a broken back shock on her Rail. We were up against a Bentonville trip. The whole staff was absolutely committed to making sure that that shock got repaired or replaced. They FedEx the shock to their shop in Austin and Austin turned around and got it fixed and returned in four days: unbelievable! We’ve been Trek bikers for about 20 years and the level of service we always receive is one of the main reasons.
