Love the service do far. Happy with the bike so far. I love the low instep especially as I am getting older. The perfect bike for me. Battery is sufficient. Love all the items it comes with such as a chain protector and the fenders as well as a rack on the back.

I have complete confidence in the service and attention provided by the service department at Trek, on Auburn Folsom Blvd. Braden and Sam were especially helpful. I bought my bike there about four years ago and I trust nobody else to take care of maintaining my bike in excellent condition.

Braden and The Trek Folsom service team did me a solid. My son races for his hs MTB team and needs to train every day. They turned around a service-intensive repair in a few hours so he could make practice that day and recommend a critical fix they found during the repair.

Hi there! I had the absolute fortune to be recommended Trek Bicycle Folsom by a neighbor! I walked in this weekend and Sam immediately helped me and went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way imaginable! I also came with my pup and he was so kind to her too! The whole team was friendly and helpful. But Sam was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helped me with 2 bike repairs and ordering new tires. Gosh, I wish we could clone Sam - I’m now a customer for life. Can’t wait even fully explain how great this place was.

Jacob was great to work with; it was an easy transaction. He got me what I wanted without trying to upsell me. He was not afraid to let me know where his knowledge limited out and directed me to repairs for one or two questions I had. These are all qualities I appreciate. The shop itself seems to have a decent inventory of bikes and parts. Good experience overall.
