I went for a problem with the axis and a beautiful girl who was there helped me. She was very kind and her service was very professional. I would 100 percent recommend going to this place. I bought some pedals that were actually cheap but I liked them a lot. You should visit this store. Good vibes for everyone.

Friendly knowledgeable technicians, clear explanations on what needs to be done and why, choice of replacement options, fair prices and assurance that the parts used will be correct for my Trek bike. The store looks upscale and mays remember intimidating from the outside (like a luxury car dealer) but the people inside are down to earth, professional and wonderful. Repairs that were done were meticulous and the bike is better than ever! Parking can be difficult but wasn’t a problem on Saturday morning or Friday late afternoon. Only caveat are their hours which are 11-7 most days. Riders who might prefer to get accessories or quick adjustments before a morning ride are out of luck.

I think the sale was great as I felt that the price for my bike was real good (I know there are other that are cheaper) but since I already have 2 other Trek bike in my house (non-electric) that are still running.
The website was good but when I went to the store - the clerk was very helpful in making my decision and also to have the specific bike on hand so i can look at it up close (instead of a picture). Also the clerk did not pressure me to buy as she answer a all the question I had and made me feel that i am making the right choice.
I might buy another Trek bike for my wife down the road if she desired one.
