I was using the Trek Website concerning a potential order for in-store pick-up. Called the store, they were able to place on hold what I desired. luckily went in to try shoes on, needed a larger size. Most helpful concerning choosing and installation of the cleats. Even though I am based in Manhattan, so easy to access the Forest Hills location and the service, top-notch.
