Unbelievably helpful. I couldn’t ask for a friendlier smile when I encountered Michael at the Fort Collins Trek Store. I called needing a bottom bracket for my Top Fuel build and Michael was prompt and informative about what they had in stock. I had my bottom bracket in hand and ready to install about 13min after I called. Incredibly helpful. Kayla, the manager, even commented on how great my bell bottom pants looked. I will definitely be returning soon!

When I brought my road bike in for service, Matt was very thorough in his assessment of the current condition of the bike. He recommended several significant replacements & service options. When I told him I could take care of the tires on my own, he was very accepting & took that off the service. We talked a bit about Mavic wheels - he recommended possible replacements, but didn't push, which i appreciated. Service turn around was exactly as Matt indicated & my bike seems to be all cleaned up with new components. I can't wait to get on the saddle to feel the improvements.
