Excellent customer service. Some bike shops act as if they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. Not Trek FoCo. They greeted me shortly after I walked in and know their products.
I rented an ebike for the day. The ebike was ready to go and worked great. Loved it. So much so I plan on buying 2 of them.
Katie (Bell?) was extremely helpful, both in the rental of the bike but also in explaining the differences in the ebikes. She was delightful and also helpful in explaining some of the more technical nuances to someone who is not a bike specialist. If I lived in Fort Collins I would have bought 2 Trek ebike mountain bikes from her. I am back home in Washington state and planning on going to the local Trek store tomorrow to purchase 2 of them.
Everyone I interacted with at the Fort Collins Trek store was super responsive, courteous, and helpful. From the bike mechanics to the front desk sales peeps; this store has a great vibe, great service and great products. Bought my first E-bike and I'm excited to hit the trails.
I purchased a bike for the first time in about a decade, and they showed me the simple things like how to take the wheel off and put it back on. They didn't treat me like I was dumb for not knowing that, which I appreciate. They were also nice and explained other features of the bike to me.
