My wife's Electra Bicycle had a loose crank which ended up being a stripped bottom bracket shaft. Dropped it off in mid afternoon and it was repaired hours later. Very nice service staff. Took the time to look at the problem, explain the costs involved ect and repaired it in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Kirk = awesome guy. I know sales is hard trying to deal with everyone walking in the door but the team knows how to delegate and make everyone feel important regardless if they’re serious buyers or not. However, if you are going to buy, they go the full 9 yards for you. I spent about 2-3 hours making sure it was the choice for me and they didn’t push, just helped and answered all the questions I had. Awesome place.
