Roy does wonders hes attentive listens and hooks you up on great bikes went in yesterday with my brother and walked out with 2 bikes the fx+1s ebike which i love i think I like it more then my marlin and my brother got a marlin for his first trek bike we was riding are bikes all day yesterday. If u need a great bike with a great sales rep Roy is ur guy. I've always had great service from Roy over the last 2 yrs keep up that solid work roy

Professional and fair. We had a flat from last season and when we went to take our first ride the tire was flat again. We took it back and they made it right no questions. They missed a wire in the tire that caused the flat to reoccur.

The store is set up nicely with a great variety of bikes. Aimee was great and very helpful with showing the e-bikes I was interested in and also very knowledgeable. The bike trail is directly behind the store for testing out the bikes of interest making it both easy and plausible for choosing the right bike.
