Trek provided top notch customer care throughout my entire purchase process. This was the most expensive bike I have ever purchased so I was a little concerned about getting just what I needed. This was also the highest level of customer care I have ever received at any bike shop. Roy in sales took the time to listen to my needs and help me select the bike that was right for me. I ended up buying a different model than I initially planned based on his expert evaluation of my riding needs. In this past I have purchased junk bikes that eventually had to be thrown away. This time I purchased not only a bike but a whole bike shop of support. I'm confident that this bike will be just what I need for many years to come.

Customer service is top tier. I purchased some pedals for my son’s bike. I was able to install them myself so I came back with the bike a few days later. The man who sold me the pedals remembered me and ask what he could help with. I let him know and he directed me to the repair area. The man who put the pedals on was just as great. He let me know that the back brakes were missing and he was able to put those on for me too. Great service from everyone that I interacted with.
