Aimee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various products. I like that the store is located right on the bike trail so we were able to really try out the various bikes. At the end of the day Aimee brought the bikes to our house since they would not fit in our vehicle. I have enjoyed riding the bike almost every day since purchasing it. I highly recommend the store and products.

Trek Fort Wayne always has the services and products that I need. The repair team does excellent work and always communicates clearly. I always receive a genuine verbal welcome when I enter the store. Last visit, Roy was @ the cashier position but asked if he could help me, then he left his position to go back and find me a couple tire tubes. The female employee working with Roy said, "It looks like you have been running ... Could I get you some water?" So nice.

Troy was incredibly helpful and informative while assisting us with selecting cycle shoes and fixing my existing pair for my class at the YMCA. I went to class yesterday, and the shoes fit perfectly. Thank you so much, Troy!

I always have a phenomenal experience when I visited this establishment. I get the most upright customer service as soon as I come though the door. The only dislike I can come up with is ,I like a child in a candy store I want a new bike every time I visit 😆 🤣 😂.
