We have taken bikes here before it was Trek for tune-ups. We have always received great service and they are able to help me understand what is needed. We have bikes that are 30 years old and some newer ones as well. They are able to service all of them. I had questions after a tune-up and they were so kind.

We had a lot of questions & concerns about purchasing an e bike. Amie Black did a great job of answering our questions and was extremely patient with us. we were in the shop for over 2 hours making our decision & purchasing my wife a new Electra Townie bike plus a few accessories.
