Great salesperson at the Fort Worth store on Granbury Road - although the sales rep was new to her role, she was well informed of all of the specs of the bicycles, which helped in my decision to buy. I also appreciated the guidance from Chris who performed the tune-up and addition of accessories, before I left with my new bicycle. Thank you again!

Every time I go into the trek bike shop I am always treated as a very valuable customer no matter how busy they may be I'm always treated like a valued customer and they take their time to listen to what I'm asking and they always perform to the highest standings and they always ask questions and let me know why or how this can be happy they take highly great care of me and I'll always continue to go back God bless you guys

John in the maintenance department resolved my shimano motor programming issue at no charge since it came from the manufacturer incorrect and was not caught originally. Got it resolved and got me on my way in short order.

It’s always a pleasant experience in this place. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They pointed us in the right direction for my sons first “real” bike a couple years ago and we’ll be upgrading to a new one in the next few weeks.
