So I just dropped in with my Giant that had the chain completely messed up - and I’m only in town for a few days and really want to hit some trails. Halbert and Chris (I think) hooked me up and had it fixed in like 20 minutes. Made my trip so much more enjoyable as I was able to be away from my in-laws for long stretches of time, and out exploring beautiful Fort Worth. Will be back for sure next time I’m in town!

I've both received immediate attention and seen customers come in with urgent repairs needed where techs and floor personnel stop to ensure the customer (or walk-in) was treated with priority attention.

Service is amazing. Both employees I talked to were super knowledgeable and helpful with helping me decide what bike I wanted (also, just fun to chat with about bikes). The bike (Domane AL5) is amazing and super fun to ride. Prices for accessories were a bit high, but that is the only blemish on an otherwise perfect experience.

Eddy was our Trek guide throughout the entire process. My wife and I are getting into triathlons and I personally have never met anyone so passionate and dedicated to ensuring his customers are taken care of from every granular angle. We couldnt be happier.

The service department and John Brown in particular have been diligent as well as patient in tracking down a mechanical problem with my Trek. John is very professional and knowledgeable plus he really listens to your input. His enthusiasm for cycling is obvious in his approach to service issues. Everyone I’ve encountered at the store is friendly and helpful. In my experience, Trek stands by their products and services.
