Great service with people who know what they're doing! I brought in a bike close to 30 years old for Level 2 service, and not once did they try to get me to upgrade into something better/new. The service was completed early, and the cleaning they performed made it look brand new. Couldn't be happier, and some day, I will return to purchase a replacement. Thanks guys!!

Trek is a high quality brand. The service staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are also extremely efficient. The store is clean and well organized. All the staff are friendly. One suggestion: It would be helpful if the entrance and exit door was an automatic sliding one that opened automatically as the customer walked their bike in and out of the shop. It was a bit of a trick to hold the front door open while trying to push my bike through the entrance door while holding the door open and pushing the bike through.

I appreciate how easy it was get my bikes in for basic tune up. The staff John, John and ( forgot one) was so professional, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. The shop was clean, well stocked and very organized. I purchased my son’s Trek hybrid from there and have always taken our bike to this location for service or when I purchased bike products.
