The bike selection was good. I road 4 bikes but the service was excellent! I’ll try to update this later will the name of the gentleman who helped me. We spent 60-90 mins testing different bikes, talking about what I was going to ride the bike for and just general great service. Once I made my choice he went over the bike similar to a deep tuneup and then rode it himself several laps… I left with a Trek FX2 and did a some miles when I got home. Some minor technical and then asphalt. Im happy with the bike.

They stock a wide selection of quality bikes and accessories. Their customer service team is friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I have personally experienced this top-notch service with John, Mark and Halbert. Each tech person was very attentive and always have taken whatever time necessary to promptly resolve any issue I presented. I highly recommend Trek and this experienced staff for quality service!

Eddie was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I initially thought I needed a 56 road bike but after Eddie’s adjustments, he thought it was best that I get a 54 which worked out perfectly. I went on a test ride and immediately fell in love with the bike. I needed couple days to think it over. Eddie was kind enough to give me an estimate of everything that I would need for my purchase in the future. A couple days later I came back and purchased the Domane. Thanks Eddie for the exceptional customer service.

I enjoyed the one-on-one personal service. I wasn't simply a number in a crowded room. Each employee took the time with the customer in front of them without rushing on to the next person. The tire and tube replacement was well-done and quality work was performed.
