The service department and John Brown in particular have been diligent as well as patient in tracking down a mechanical problem with my Trek. John is very professional and knowledgeable plus he really listens to your input. His enthusiasm for cycling is obvious in his approach to service issues. Everyone I’ve encountered at the store is friendly and helpful. In my experience, Trek stands by their products and services.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it seems like I always make it there just before they’re closing. This time around I had to get a tube replaced on my wife’s bike and didn’t show up until 4:45 when they were closing at 5 on a Sunday. They didn’t give me a hard time and had me back on my way before 5! I think most places these days would’ve just turned me away but they went the extra mile if you ask me. I’ll continue using them for any and all services on my bikes but I’ll try to make sure I get there earlier.

Eddie and Alex were extremely helpful. Eddie took time and properly fitted me for road bike shoe's. He carefully measured my foot, arch, and asked questions that determined the right shoe and fit. Eddie and Alex are customer service focused. I will highly recommend Trek Bicycle Fort Worth South for any of your cycling needs.
