We had a great full service experience when we walked in. I believe it was Micah who helped us. He gave us trade in value for a bike we bought in 2020 which was really generous. It helped us feel better about spending a lot on new bikes for the kids. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great experience!

Over the years I have always received great service from this shop. On this trip I needed work done on the bike headset for a ride I was doing in 2 days. I had the part, but not the correct tools to install it. Dropped it off and got a text a few hours later that the bike was ready. Awesome. Ill be back.

Able to find products online and learn whether they are in stock at store or, if not, buy them and have them shipped to store (for free) or to me (at cost). I identified several products and all but 1 was in stock when I arrived. The person was very helpful in identifying products to solve my problem and installing them after purchase because they were not swamped and it would be quick. I like that service.
