Trek Ft. Wright has best product line in the industry with top tier aftermarket support. Great management, staff, service, and selection. I’d send competitive athletes and families in my neighborhood here because they’ll all get what they need. Love this place.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Micah helped us pick out which bikes would be best for us and all of our different options. When we picked up our bikes, another employee (whose name I don't know but he was tall, skinny, longer hair) helped us with helmets, pumps, other accessories we might need, etc. Both Micah and that other employee helped us put items together when needed and attach them to our bikes, and also told us what/how they were doing it so we could do it ourself later if we needed. Never felt like they were pushing anything on us or trying to force us to buy anything

I'm glad we have a Trek Store here in Northern Kentucky. I started road cycling in 2013, and have only ridden Trek. Every person at the your Ft. Wright location is responsive and helpful. Sean (or Shawn?) suggested new handlebar tape, in addition to fixing the brake problem which your NKY team fixed. Thanks for the great service.

I live an hour away and have lots of stores that I could go to but I always choose Trek Fort Wright. I enjoy going because of the excellent sales and service staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Usually have what I need in stock and if not can get it to me quickly. Thanks and keep up the good work.
