Russ Wolf, the specialist at the Trek bike shop in Franklin, has been great to work with. As a new e-bike owner he’s been so helpful and accommodating. He made some adjustments to my bike after I came into the store with out making an appointment. Then he helped mount my bikes back on my bike rack. Trek makes great bikes. I highly recommend visiting his store if you are looking to buy one.

Staff was extremely helpful in selecting the right bike for my intended use and then sizing/fitting to me specifically. They spent time explaining options and recommending needed accessories without pushing items I didn't need. After being off a bike for over 10 years, they definitely helped reignite my passion for riding.
