Haven’t gotten to fully experience the bikes yet but the team was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I spoke with Maggie over the phone 2 or 3 times over the phone. She just so happen to be the person that I ran into when I came in store. I could tell that she really cared about my riding experience moving forward and that meant a lot.

The bike technician extended a friendly greeting when I walked through the door:) He listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. An estimate was given and approximate completion date. My bike was done within 24 hours, and my cost was less than expected. Great service!!
Our whole family has Trek bikes and the trade up program is a great help with growing kids. We have had exceptional reliability with all of our bikes. On our last purchase, your team was so kind to my son and made sure he understood exactly how to use his new bike.
The sales representative was personable and professional. She answered all of the questions that I had.
The only con that I have is that a new bicycle does not come with a kick stand.
