I was very impressed with the help and transparency from Dave at the Coolsprings Area in Franklin TN. We walked through all the options to fix a tire on my bike. In the end we found the best option and I’m happy with the result.
Was also impressed to find a copy of the book Unreasonable Hospitality which shows to true nature of how they treat their customers. With caring understanding and making them feel they are the only person in the room. Which is exactly how I felt.

Haven’t gotten to fully experience the bikes yet but the team was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I spoke with Maggie over the phone 2 or 3 times over the phone. She just so happen to be the person that I ran into when I came in store. I could tell that she really cared about my riding experience moving forward and that meant a lot.

The bike technician extended a friendly greeting when I walked through the door:) He listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. An estimate was given and approximate completion date. My bike was done within 24 hours, and my cost was less than expected. Great service!!
