Your salesperson Russ was very helpful. When I was deciding to buy a bike, my brother-in-law suggested that I first speak with Russ who is the Trek salesperson. After speaking to him, I didn't feel like I needed to shop and compare with others. He was very through explaining the different bikes, price, quality, service, options and was patient helping me track down a bike from another Trek dealership because one of the bikes Trek published on its website as a longer lead time for factory delivery. In conclusion, we purchased two new FX+ 1S E-bikes. We expect to take delivery of the bikes this coming week. Kindly, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

I really appreciated the helpfulness from Russ when he changed out my bike seat and suggested that I take my bike (and new seat) for a spin before leaving. He was in the store by himself and helping other customers; however, he still managed to change out my seat in a timely manner and provide such helpful customer service.
