The service is great at this location. They go out of the way to ensure my kids feel welcome and at home; making it as fun as possible with games. That means a lot to a father trying to spend as much time with his kids before they grow up. The communication during, before, and after services is appreciated as well. Bike felt brand new after the recent tune up.

I was treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. I learned something new about the bike when I visited as well. I’m more knowledgeable about my bike. It felt good in general about being there which is a great bonus. I’ll be going back for sure.

My bike came back working better than before. The workers are nooo joke!!!!!!! They absolutely love what they do; and it shows right away from the second you walk in, to the min you pick up your bike. John; you freaking rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, my issue took 30 minutes to resolve but the trek representative was so patient and understanding, he wanted to make everything right and he did. I appreciated that. I highly recommend this brand of bikes and this store.
