I live about an hour and 20 minutes from this store, but it is still a highlight of every trip to Fresno. Each member of the staff at this store is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I never have a bad experience shopping here. No smug attitudes, just an enjoyable time talking about bikes, rides, and finding the items I came in to buy (usually a few more things too).

Alex and John were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the different products in detail and made shopping for the bike a really enjoyable experience. The item I bought was on a great sale, but mostly the service. I was just picking up the item, and the staff were incredibly informative, friendly, and just all around cool. They clearly are passionate about their work and it shows.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Every time I visit the store I am met with a friendly greeting and any questions I have about bikes or products are answered and fully explained. Well done and the ONLY Trek store I visit for my bicycle and riding needs.

I was very impressed at the friendly service I received when I took my bike in for repair. I also noticed the friendly and personal service that they were offering to others shopping there. They went out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied and ready for my next ride.

Employees at Trek in north fresno have been going beyond expectations to keep my bicycle in good shape and going. Spare parts for my bike are rare and hard to find when they break but Alex and his staff have always managed to track down these parts and get my bicycle back into service.
