My husband and I loved our experience dealing with Alex and the Fresno North store. My husband bought a Marlin 6 gen 3 which he started experiencing neck pain shortly after. He returned it for a more upright bike, a Verve 3 which he loves. The return policy was easy so we felt secure purchasing 2 more bikes, Electra Cruisers just a few days later as well as a new bike hitch. I’m sure we’ll be back for some more accessories.
