Employees at Trek in north fresno have been going beyond expectations to keep my bicycle in good shape and going. Spare parts for my bike are rare and hard to find when they break but Alex and his staff have always managed to track down these parts and get my bicycle back into service.

I like my bike. It’s very well made, looks good, lite and balanced. Your Fresno store looks great. Well stocked, easy to see all the models that you offer and clean. The man that helped me is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Very pleased.

I walked in with very little knowledge of what bike I wanted or what would be best for how i wanted to ride. Alex greated me right away and was extremely helpful. He asked me lots of questions and showed me the options he had to offer. Also was patient and answered all of the questions I had about the bikes. I came back the next day to purchase and Alex again helped me out, walking me through all the safety gear and accessories getting me exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for help with a new bike or just knowledge in general.

The staff at the Fresno location are very knowledgeable and friendly. I tried several bikes over many days before making a purchase. I was never rushed nor pressured to buy. Doug helped me pick a bike that met my style. The store is clean and welcoming.

reason I liked this place because it has absolutely great customer service. They will make sure to get your bike fixed and make sure it’s perfect to go so you can enjoy your ride. The prices are very reasonable and the workmanship is fantastic if I could, I would rate these guys at 20.

Douglas was very helpful, also patient and not pushy. I’m a beginner and he explained things to me without making me feel like an idiot. He showed me many different bikes and let me test ride a bunch of different ones always explaining all the differences in a way I could understand. The store was clean and easy to find.
