The service from Sandow was outstanding in relation to a wheel warrant claim and earlier in regard to a motor problem that I had on a EXE price and quality of work are first class thanks

I have had both my road and MTB both serviced at this Trex shop and have been happy with the service and the quality of the work. One comment I would make is my MTB derailer needed replacing and the cost ($188) was more than the service I was getting. Although I had little option other than to have it replaced, I would have appreciated a phone call or message to confirm I was happy with it being replaced. Overall I am very happy with Trex Fyshwick and I will get my bike serviced there again.

Staff aren't pushy and listen to customer needs. Very accommodating with test rides. Staff understand the needs and respect the knowledge of experienced cyclists. The Fyshwick location is a bit out of the way though.
