Steve in service is truly one of the best bike shop employees I have ever encountered in my life. After riding and racing for around 25 years, I've experienced just about everything from a variety of shops. Steve is a great listener, then does a great job of explaining anything service or bike related. Someone like Steve is truly what allows a shop to thrive in a community, helping put more people on bikes, and increasing business for the shop. I doubt I'll go anywhere else for service needs, for as long as I'm in the Columbus area. Thanks Steve! - Joe H
I had a problem with my brake caliper and I was due for service anyway. I was so impressed by the level two tune up. Somehow the bike looks better than when it left the factory. I had forgotten the gears were silver color and not black! They identified the problem with my brake caliper and replaced it under warranty. It rides magnificently. I’m very happy with the service and my bike. The helmets are great here too.
Yes, very friendly service, the salesperson was very customary. They worked with me on getting the right clip road bike shoes and they disgust with me how the bike function . Just great customer service.
