I ordered a Verve 3 Gen 4 for my Birthday, purple! I got a great deal with the April TREK sale. The lovely bike arrived a week early and Hannah in Gahanna was absolutely wonderful😃🩷 I called the Bike shop when I arrived home with a couple of questions, Hannah provided me with an explanation of the specifics of the bike. I would highly recommend this TREK store and Mark was a great sales person, I really already had done my homework and knew what I wanted for a nice comfortable hybrid bike.💜

Steve and Hannah were awesome! They let me ride a ton of bikes, made sure I was comfortable on each, and helped me stay in my budget when I figured out what I wanted. Additionally, they helped me pick out parts and get them installed. Easily one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I will be back with friends and family if they need bikes.

I had my 7 year old bike tuned up. The service manager, Steve was excellent! My bike looks new and he described all work done in full detail. It was a great experience.

This store went above and beyond to help me out. When I arrive to pick up the two bikes I ordered, one of them had an issue that made it unsafe to ride. To make up for the inconvenience they went out of their way providing free accessories and fixing the issue and delivering it to my house for free a few days later. It was incredible customer service.
