I had a great experience at the Trek store in Gahanna. I went in knowing I wanted to upgrade to a new bike but not really knowing what would work best for my needs. The customer service was fantastic! Steven helped me get sized and walked me through various options to test and discussed any questions I had throughout the whole process. I walked out with a FX SPORT SL 4 SO and can’t wait for my first commute to work on it! 10/10 overall!
