I was so appreciative of Hannah’s personal outreach to remind me of a 1-year complimentary service on my new bike purchased this time last year. I picked up a bike that my parents had purchased for my son. Steve brought it out and took a couple minutes to make sure that I knew he and the team were there to make sure that the bike was perfect and we were happy with our purchase if anything came up. It was a brief but impactful interaction, would definitely recommend for great service.

I ordered a Verve 3 Gen 4 for my Birthday, purple! I got a great deal with the April TREK sale. The lovely bike arrived a week early and Hannah in Gahanna was absolutely wonderful😃🩷 I called the Bike shop when I arrived home with a couple of questions, Hannah provided me with an explanation of the specifics of the bike. I would highly recommend this TREK store and Mark was a great sales person, I really already had done my homework and knew what I wanted for a nice comfortable hybrid bike.💜
