I love my bike, and I really appreciate the great service I get at the Trek store on 13th. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. I appreciate the updates and also the 'wrench and ride,' although my schedule hasn't permitted my joining yet. It's nice to know that a friendly, local store offers such good feeling; it helps to build a sense of community.
