I was really impressed with the service and the attitude. It was very clear that the goal was to help me find the bike that would best fit my needs. No one attempted to encourage me to buy a more expensive bike than I needed, and the range of bikes available was pretty impressive, too.

The service is extravagant. Aaron and Bennett provided excellent, cheerful, intelligent, and informed customer service. I live out of state and wait until I am in Florida to come to the shop. I have learned myriad useful things for Aaron through the years.

Service was amazing and very attentive. Staff knowledgeable and of great assist. I was in this past Tuesday to pick up my bike after maintenance and purchase other supplies needed. There was only one employee available and he was amazing. There was an onslaught of customers. All were very patient. All the while, phone ringing. Your employee was great and never lost his cool. However, it was not fair to the employee or customers waiting. Two employees on the floor would be a great asset.
