I am very happy with the TREK - Gainesville services. My bike is taking good care and maintenance. I always feel welcoming and fine what I need for my rides. I am a little concerned about the short staffing in the Gainesville location. I noticed that latlelly they are overwhelming, and the clients have to wait more time than use to.

Well, the reputation was a good starting point. Grew up with the trade ins for youth bikes and such. The employee (I feel awful because I can't remember his name anymore) was super friendly and helpful. This is how I thought local businesses should work. He gave us great attention and acted like he actually cared about how we liked the bike. He also found one in our price range with the features we wanted. Made sure it was a good fit for my daughter. Very happy with the services offered in the future. All-in-all, it was a well-rounded good experience.

Firstly, selling TREK bicycles (not unlike any SUBARU, BMW or MERCEDES dealership) is not a difficult job in any sense of the word: TREK ihas become recognized and revered as a name-brand synonymous with state-of-the-art high-quality components; longevity; design and appearance. One can [TRUST] TREK because they come as advertised. What separates TREK of GAINESVILLE from all the others is MANAGEMENT and STAFF. Indeed, regardless of who answers your call: manager, Rob, mechanic, Aaron (ALL the other mechanics and sales staff), you are ALWAYS politely greeted (if you are a regular customer, you will be immediately recognized and treated accordingly) and your inquiry and/or concern immediately addressed with a plethora of professional knowledge and helpful information. And, as a customer on the telephone or standing at the counter, you are NEVER RUSHED. Never! I’ve been riding for 60+ years and, it is only true that TREK of GAINESVILLE is [The] best bicycle dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with: purchasing new bicycles, equipment and routine service of my bikes & equipment. The folks of Trek Bicycles are always courteous and aim to please. They are also flexible if something doesn’t quite work I recommend buying a bike from them and getting it serviced there. They also can arrange for pick up and drop off, although I haven’t tried that service.
