I have purchased 5 bikes from Geneva Bicycle Center over the last 20 years. I am glad to see some of the same faces at Trek Bicycle. The hometown feel, the knowledge, and the experience has been carried forward. Great bikes and equipment.

The Trek Bicycle Geneva shop provides exceptional service. They are customer focused and knowledgeable in both sales and service in all their products. Even with my 30 year old bicycle. They take the time to educate you on products you are interested in and make certain you are comfortable with your purchase. Timely in repairs and service. David took good care of me at time of purchase, with good explanations for the bike I was buying. Answered my questions, and I had a few. Had to go back a second time for a more detailed fit to the bike, but again, David took good care of me and was thorough. Good experience overall .....

What do I like about services at Trek Bicycle Geneva? Everything! If something needs immediate attention and it's a quick fix, they'll often do it while you wait. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality of the work. We've purchased road bikes, mountain bike, and e-bikes there for over 30 years. If Trek makes an electric wheelchair that can handle rail trails, I'll stand in line (with my walker?) to get one of those someday. Great products and superb people.
