I really enjoy the Trek Store in Geneva. Beauty setting on the lake and a nice village location. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help you. They go above and beyond what is expected and make the whole experience fun. Always enjoy talking shop with them as well, as they are all riders and know first hand the joys of riding a bike!

It’s really the whole picture. The shop, the inventory and the friendly atmosphere. But most of all the people. When I go in I’m always greeted like a friend rather than just a customer. They are incredibly knowledgeable and just want what’s best for you. After a purchase, the detailed explanation is over the top, you leave the shop educated on what you are taking home. The service is extraordinary, for years I’ve driven over an hour each way because nobody knows my bike better. When I leave the shop my ride is finely tuned and just a joy to experience.
