Extremely helpful staff, rapid turnaround, high quality work and parts.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. No hard sales pressure.

Great selection and always fun to greet the friendly staff there. The clearance section is also fun. Suzanne, David, Jason and Mark were there and doing a great job and very supportive!

I can't recall being treated with more courtesy, concern and competence by any business. No business has ever made me feel more appreciated for doing business with them. No aspect of my most recent encounter with Trek Geneva was not uniquely pleasant. (Even this survey is extraordinarily well-executed)

Great response to my service request. Work has been done in a timely manner and at the agreed price

I worked with Suzanne and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, responsive and patient. I truly appreciated the time she spent with me. I love the bike too:)

It is nice to be able to try stuff and return it if it does not work out. I appreciate the community outreach and the local rides they host.

Nick turnaround on service, and upfront pricing that is extremely accurate.

Outstanding service!

Amazing customer service and communication at Trek Geneva. I dealt with Suzanne, David, and Jim, all of whom were top notch and extremely knowledgeable.

Great people, great service!

Trek Bike in Geneva continues to be the Premier bicycle shop in the finger lakes and Rochester NY area. I know... I've tried other shops in Rochester. I've taken my high-end triathlon bike to the big name shops in Rochester and been disappointed. Circa 2021 after IM Lake Placid one of the bar end shifters was loose. I took it to a suburban Rochester shop to have it tightened up. They did, bit didn't hold. The team in Geneva was able to correct that work so it stayed tight. :-) Circa 2022 one Rochester shops replaced all cables and housings (internal routing) but when they put the bottom bracket back together they did not include a critical spacer. The big ring kept dropping the chain. Again the team in Geneva was able to make things right - they were baffled by the missing spacer but knew it needed to be there so they restored things the sanity. Fast forward to 2025. After 2024 IM 70.3 Jones Beach I guess I busted a spoke on the front wheel (bike sat dormant all winter while I road the trainer in the basement). Took the wheel to another Rochester shop (because they are close to where I live) ... received a call a couple of days later .. um Sorry Mr B... we can't get those parts. On a whim I drove to Geneva and spoke with the maintenance staff. Their words to me, "if we can't get the bladed spokes, we can at least install a round spoke - we'll get you back on the road". THAT is exactly what I wanted to hear. Of course they got the bladed spokes directly from the Manufacturer. Of course the wheel is exactly they way it should be. Why did I ever go anywhere else.

Jason helped me with my seat, super quick and I was so incredibly relieved! My local bike shop for life.

Honestly and knowledge
