The staff at your store are the most accommodating and knowledgeable in the area. They now sell excellent Trek products but they can fix anything. Mark and his backroom crew did an amazing job fixing my Giant and I’m ready for the next few thousand miles. So get on the bike and save the gas. And of course my final mantra is always . . . From my understanding it’s the only bike store here in town which makes it the go to. But very accessible here downtown Geneva , I was greeted every time by a very friendly staff, they seem pretty busy working on bikes which makes it seem like they are locally trusted which we was reassuring. Products are a little pricy but they have a great maintenance program and outstanding customer service. Will definitely be taking my e-bike for all future projects.
