The manager of the gig harbor Trek shop does a fantastic job. He is always so friendly and welcoming. I bought a bike in November. He has been very helpful selecting accessories to help my riding.

What’s not to like when it comes to Trek/Kuat! My Trek Verve+3 is awesome. Love the ride. Kuat racks are very accommodating for many vehicles. Kole at Gig Harbor was very thorough from the beginning to end! Followed up personally with a phone call. Before I even purchased which was very impressive. I needed the proper rack for the RV! Kole took care of that. He made sure I had everything for the road. Thank you. And thank you to the whole Gig Harbor shop. Ride on.

Very friendly and supportive staff. I came in knowing what I wanted. They didn't push me to spend more or upgrade. They wanted me to make sure it was what I wanted by testing it. Gave lots of great advice. Helped talk through servicing a different bike I had. Great service!
