Excellent customer service. I had reservations when this bicycle shop went “corporate “, but my concerns have since subsided. I have seen them service various makes and models of bikes. Electric, acoustic, gravel, road, mountain, cruisers, etc. They cover all the bases and Trek Gig Harbor still feels and operates as our local bike shop. Friendly, personal and always helpful.
Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed several good conversations and left each time encouraged, feeling part of a community and with parts and equipment needed.
The employees in the store are always friendly and willing to help me learn how to use my bike. They explain things well and have had great patience with me.
Products are good, but it's the PEOPLE that make my experience exceptional! I purchased a new bike that fit my needs and never felt the typical "upsell" pressure! Their service department is top-notch! They address any issues promptly and cheerfully answer questions without hesitation.
A 3" nail blew out my 20" x 4" ebike innertube Sunday (8/10/25) and after Lyft came and picked me up, I decided to hit up Trek Bicycle Gig Harbor for a tube replacement...sho nuff, they had one and the price was right...workstaff's really attentive and helpful...need ANY bike 'stuff' taken care of/done, Trek is the place !👍🏻
