We had a great experience renting mountain bikes from them. We signed up, the bikes were ready to go. We dropped them off all dirty from a great day of riding and they cleaned them up. You can beat that, it was a rainy muddy day and so we all know what that means. We will be back!!

Gig Harbor Trek’s customer service is outstanding. They are very supportive of local bike programs, to include the local youth cycling team. For a small local bike shop they have a surprisingly good inventory. What they may not have in stock, they can get quickly.

Jeff at Gig Harbor Trek was so great. My new Trek bike is wonderful. Took it to Alaska on a fundraiser ride from Anchorage to Fairbanks and it performed awesomely. Really made it a nice ride. Came back home and Gig Harbor Trek cleaned it up for me and made all the necessary adjustments needed for my next rides. He installed some new fenders so I can continue to ride in this PNW wet weather this winter. Thank You.
