Nora was amazing. She didn’t even tell us when we were still in store at 6:30 that they’d actually closed at 6. She continued to help us shop and was just phenomenal

We were helped by an associate who had a pin of a character from the Chainsaw Man manga. They were entirely personable, helpful, and informative. They helped us purchase a bike seat and valve adapters and helped us install them. Because of our great interaction with this associate, we will be returning to Trek and will be using exclusively for our biking needs.
