Service! Specifically, I had a failed front derailleur that was under warranty. Went to a well known shop in that area that I have done a fair amount of business with. They wanted $50 “just to get the process started”. No thanks! Walked into Trek Bicycle Golden, and Trent greeted me w a smile and “what brings you in?” When I explained, he said, “we can get that started right now, and I should have new derailleur for you in a week”. And guess what? LESS than a week later, I had my new derailleur! I had never stepped foot into Trek Golden before, and I was treated like long time customer. Will certainly go back. And FWIW, Never going back to the other shop. Thanks, Trent!

I've been riding at least 100 miles per week for years. So now, I'll be 80 in a few weeks. I have a great road bike. Pinarello Dogma. However, with getting injections in both knees and both hands to help with pain, it's getting more difficult to climb, which is required where I live. I can still do it, but there's a price to pay. Started looking at ebikes. Specifically, road ebikes. I started at TREK in Golden, CO. Managed by Jacoby Haines. He told me what was available, but I decided to look at all of the e road bikes on the market based on what I wanted. Basically, an electric road bike that looks like a race bike. After several months of looking, I decided to get the TREK Domane+ SLR6 carbon, size 52. I called Jacobi, who found 2 bikes like that left in the country. He got one for me. There were some changes that I wanted on the bike, such as chain ring size, handlebars, and misc. other things. Jacobi took care of everything requested. I now have the bike and couldn't be happier. With the exception of steeper climbs, I can ride at close to the same speeds and terrain that I'm used to without using the motor. It's a great fitness bike, very comfortable and easy to ride. Now that I'm officially old, and saw a possible end to my riding, I'm looking forward to and excited about any ride opportunities. Thanks to Jacobi Haines and Trek in Golden. All of the employees that I've interacted with have been great. I highly recommend TREK in Golden and the TREK Domane+ SLR6.
