Trent is amazing!! We have brought multiple bikes in for sure ice over the years and he is always so nice and helpful. He recently expedited a repair so my son could get back out on the trail with his friends. He was having a rough week and really needed that time with his friends, it was as if Trent could tell. We so appreciate you all and your service to the community

I use the service shop a number of times with very good results. They are knowledgeable, responsive and work expeditiously. I trust them to not upsell unnecessary repairs. They are my go to bike repairmen.

Service Manager, Trent, was super helpful and was willing to squeeze my bike services in for a safety check. I appreciate that he was willing to ensure my safety for an upcoming trip to hold me over for a full tune up. I'll be going back regularly to the Golden shop for sure!

I really appreciate the receptive salespeople at the Trek Golden location. It seems like they know what I am needing way before I verbalize it! I feel like we are on the same wavelength most of the time. I am really liking the quick turnaround for service I receive from this location. Always jovial and professional, Trent and Michael exemplify the standard I have come to trust. I will not go anywhere else. Period.

Scott was great & very knowledgeable. My only issue is that the bike that I purchased on 4/11/2025. I had the original tire tubes replaced with Tannas Armour tubes with new inner tubes and when I picked the bike up on 4/13/2025, the bike had some "new scratches on the top of the top tube". These new tubes and their installation cost me an additional amount of about $140.00. Those scratches were not present when I left the bike on 4/11/2025 after paying for it-- so I am somewhat disappointed. -Daniel Sharp

I have been extremely impressed with my Allan’s 7s+. I got a flat tire and took it to the shop expecting to pick it up another day. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I took a break and then came back and took my bike home. Great service at a great price!
