Trent in the service department is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able and willing to meet my needs to get specific work done on my bike before a trip. The work is done well and tested to ensure safety and performance before signing off as complete. I’ve brought my bike here a few times and will continue to do so.

I just bought my 2nd e-bike from the Trek store in Golden, CO. The managers and employees are awesome! Getting older, I was having a hard time getting on my bike so I wanted a step thru bike. Jacoby and Scott helped me choose the right bike for me and then were very helpful on advising me how to sell my first one. The maintenance shop has always been able to help me in a timely manner. I can’t say enough nice things about the people at the Trek store in Golden, CO. I will continue my patronage to this store for my biking needs.
