The staff is fantastic, I got a Madone and it is the nicest bike I have ever had. I rode Lookout Mountain today and went by Trek Golden just to say hello and fill my water bottle.

Trek Service in Golden, CO is outstanding. I had a minor but nagging problem with my electric bike. Trent worked with me over several weeks and eventually solved and fixed everything. Very professional and caring. Communicated great along the way. Would highly recommend for anyone.

The service department at Trek Golden is amazingly friendly and helpful. If there is a problem where they can get you in and out, they do. If your bike needs to be held overnight, it comes back in great shape. I cannot recommend the service department at Trek Golden highly enough!

I took a bike in and needed a small service done on the bike chain. I waited in line for one other Patron to be taken care of. Then the bike mechanic Tech took the 5 to 10 minutes and fix the chain on the spot. Greatly appreciated
