Love this store. Bike selection is robust, Rapha clothing and plenty of tires, nutrition and gear as needed. But what I love the most? Trent and the entire service team are helpful, knowledgeable, talented and totally unpretentious. I’m a 49 year old woman. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to NOT be dismissed, patronized or questioned when bringing my bikes in for service. As it turns out, there’s a better way. You’ll find it here.

Called down & talked to them to make sure they had the part, which they did. Dropped by, waited for him to finish with another customer & then checked out with what I needed.He even adjusted the price to what was on the box, a lower amount then it was in the computer.
