From beginning to start, the service was excellent. I never felt pressured, never felt talked down to, and never felt disrespected. I did feel that my needs were being listened to and the techs provided me with the best options at a great price. Also, my bike was done 3 days earlier than quoted and this was very helpful as I was leaving town and they got it done in time for me to pick it up before leaving. Thank you!

The Trek team always has a great attitude. I feel comfortable asking silly questions about my gear or having them help me find a specific product for my frankenstein Santa Cruz. Their turnaround time can't be beat and warrenty is super easy. They do a lot for the community too. I really can't say enough positive things about the folks at this shop!

The folks here are wonderful! They answered all my questions and were very interested in helping me get started with a mountain bike. They had a lot of experience, and they even showed me how to take the tires off. They even let me ride it! Thank you so much for all you do! Happy and safe mountain biking.

Love my Townie E-bike and the guys who work there take good care of me and my bike. They are friendly and accommodating and helpful. They also take the time to help me put the bike on the bike rack.
