I took an Ebike in that I bought used and the friendly guys at Trex service dept. went through it to make sure it was safe and also put stuff in my tires to goathead proof it! Took less than 24 hours as well. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices for a bike brand they don't even sell! 6 stars!

It is nice to go into the shop and have an expert explain the bikes, and products to you. It makes more sense to look at the bike and have an explanation and hands on vs looking online. The employees, Josh specifically was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Josh and the crew were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very knowledgeable and took the time with us to explain every question we had regarding gear. We test rode several before deciding on 2 that we loved. We ended up with 2 Trek Rail eMTB's and we can't wait to get them on the trail!!!

Josh was very helpful and was a lot of fun to deal with. We went in looking for a shirt for our son who is an avid Trek rider and ended up leaving with 2 Trek Ebikes for us after test riding. What a blast! We are wanting to get into shape and I think this will do the trick because it is so much fun! Thanks for the push, Josh! You are professional but fun.
