Friendly staff. They explain the tune up process well. I gave it 9 stars because it’s very expensive to get your bike serviced. Unfortunately that’s the world we live in right now, but seemed steep!

Brad provided excellent customer service by quickly identifying the needed repairs, providing an accurate estimate, and completing the work all within 24 hours. In addition, he noticed a totally unrelated safety issue with my bike and recommended a replacement for that part. I really appreciate his dedication to make sure I was able to safely get back on the trail as soon as possible. I will be recommending the service department to my friends. Thanks, Brad!

I came to Colorado for an eight day bike trip and the derailur hanger broke enroute. Josh and Brad were absolutely incredible in their persistence in fixing my bike and getting me on the road. The existing screws would not go back in the frame to hold the hanger in place. They worked and worked and found some longer screws that worked, and they shaved off to be the right length. They really saved my trip! They even offered to loan me a bike if they couldn’t get mine fixed.
