Mark has bent over backwards to help at various times, knowledgeable about bikes and the industry. Alex is an excellent mechanic, and has helped with mechanical issues on numerous occasions.

First and foremost the individual who helped me select and purchase my new bicycle was a huge influence on my purchase. Quality of the Trek line and the fact that I was able to save money from the sale price was what brought me into the store.

We love the Grand Ledge Trek store! We are super, super sad that they are closing. Doubtful we will ever visit the store in Okemos since the only time we ever went in there - we were not even acknowledged, even though there were two people working behind the counter.

Grand ledge trek is an amazing place unfortunately you are closing it I wish you didn't but I know that for financial reasons you have to it was the best place ever. Now I will have to search for another bike shop unfortunate.

I will really miss this shop when close their doors next month. I understand it's a business and Trek needs to make a profit to stay around. This shop is more to many people than just a store that sells bikes and accessories. It is a place in the neighborhood where you can go and talk about bikes, talk about current events, talk about life. Mark will truly be missed. Alex has another gig at another Trek store. I'm not loyal to the Trek brand (I'm a Cannondale guy, myself) so I probably won't be driving several miles extra to shop at the other store. I might stop in to say "Hi" to Alex and see how he's doing. It's sad to lose this place and it will be missed by many.

The store manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. The mechanic at this location is very knowledgeable and thorough with our bike maintenance. I’m very disappointed this store is closing.
