I brought my bike in the shop and they fixed it quickly in front of me and that day. They gave me some tips on future repairs and knowledge about bikes that I didn't know.
Manager was the only one in the store (mechanic was out sick) and there were 4 customers there when I arrived. He apologized for the wait and when he was unable to repair my tire right away and I had to leave my bike and come back later in the afternoon to pick it up. I was surprised to be notified that the repair was done so soon after I left (just arrived home when I received notification. I received a discount on the repair because I had to make two trips. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you!
