They were prompt, professional, very helpful, and friendly. I recently moved to the Detroit metro area and they treated me like a long time customer. I own two Trek bicycles and will bring them here anytime they need anything. They went above and beyond. I had converted a gravel-road hybrid bike to use with Zwift and in my deconversion and move, I lost a key part. They had a spare and used it to bring my bike to an excellent working condition. Turns out, I found the part and brought it for the to replenish their spares.

The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered some Look Keo Max Vision pedals back in November 2025 and they were delayed due to various reasons. The staff kept me updated with proposed shipped dates every several weeks until they arrived at the store, The staff was great to work with.

After retiring the middle of 2025 and through extensive and careful research, we ended up with a pair of Trek Verve +1 Class 1 eBikes over several other brands. We loved our next bikes in our first biking season and cannot wait for improved weather and a chance to get out riding again. Having just had our bikes serviced with our complimentary tune-up, we were extremely impressed with the team at Trek Bicycle Grosse Pointe, Michigan. If you are considering an eBike of your own, TREK comes highly recommended!
