The own/manager was extremely accommodating. Offered me a cold beverage while I waited for the service being done to my bike to be completed. I was informed I may be influenced into extra and/or more expensive services or upsold but I was not and I was very pleased with that.

I stopped in to inquire about an electric bike. The salesperson was very helpful and did a great job of explaining about the options, etc. Even though he knew I wasn't ready to purchase he spent as much time as needed to help me. I do not live in the area but my daughter has purchased from this store and was very pleased.

Steve is the best! I purchased my bike a year ago and brought it in for a saddle adjustment. He spent time figuring out the problem and made some adjustments for me. I appreciate his customer service that extends far beyond a sale.
