Have loved Trek for decades, still have my old Trek 7000 bike from the 90's, even though I'm mainly riding a Verve + these days. Brought my ebike in for service to take advantage of the winter special and she rides like new. Staff at the Happy Valley store is always friendly and helpful.

I brought in an older bike for maintenance. The bike crew were very polite and knowledgeable as to what service was best for me. Never tried to over sale and were understanding on which services I was looking for to keep my bike in safe condition. Repairs were completed on a timely manner for a reasonable price. This was my second service there and I’m sure I’ll be back again
