Came in for a bike tune-up, interacted with someone who obviously cared about maintaining bikes and helped me get a few improvements that will make it easier for me to keep exercising. Things like larger diameter grips to ease arthritis issues that are just beginning. Felt like I had made the right choice, and I got the bike back and it looks great. I did not get to go for a ride, but I can tell this is going to be fantastic. The staff also helped me find a bike fit place, so I had just finished that and brought it straight in because the fit person had noticed my rear brakes had worn dangerously low. After the bike fit, no more craning my neck to look ahead, I have proper seat size and proper pedal size. I am about to have a much higher level of comfort to continue exercising for my overall health.

The guys have exceptional knowledge and experience which they bring to the table. They do excellent work. My latest maintenance was pretty extensive and the bike rode and shifted like a dream on my first test ride. Ready for my next tour. Well done!

The products, of course are top tier and the store is well stocked. The staff is excellent and always deliver exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this is becoming a lost art in may places but it is alive and well in this store. I'm a customer for life here.

Brought in an old bike for inspection & repair as part of an effort to get active & fit again. Received great assistance from 3 different staff members who not only fixed up the bike, but also answered multiple questions & helped with side issues & supplies (like a bike chain & helmet). They were also considerate of my cost limitations. Now I have a beautiful, functional bike & the start of a new hobby.
