recovering from compound fractures of left tibia and fibula and my surgeons and physical therapy OKed an ebike to rehab the knee n build muscle. Manager Josh at trek Happy Valley set up a mountain bike as a road hybrid and it works great. 5 stars, I even got a deal before the tariffs raised all the prices ! I appreciate how understanding Josh was of my situation and my specific needs, they even delivered the bike ! And the parts needed for my needs were installed for free as I bought them with the bike. Deal all around.

I don’t know enough about bike parts to elaborate like a bike parts connoisseur. I will say I could not ride my really old bike and now I can!!!! I can tell the parts are great because they sparkle in the sun and work! Everyone that worked with me was super kind and knowledgeable. My bike and I will totally be back when necessary.

Had a great experience. Brought our bike in for servicing, they managed to fit us in same day, and did all the work in a few hours. At the same time we shopped for a new bike. Our rep, Kyle, was patient with my questions and super helpful with the whole process. He went above and beyond with helping us get the bike on our rack, Kyle saved the day.

Really great talking with experts, especially as a novice.
You guys did excellent work on a bike that was in need of repair and had been in storage for a few years. It was like getting a brand new bike back!
Very happy, and it rides perfectly.

I recently took my Alan bike into the Trek store on 82nd Ave, near Clackamas, Ore., and I’m pleased to tell you that it was a pleasure to have an extremely competent technician work on my bike.
When I picked up the bike, after I was notified that it was ready, it was even better than I expected!
I gave the technician, Tennisen Schwartz, free rein to rebuild it as needed and he did a beautiful job!
I’ve had the carbon fiber frame for 35 years and it’s brand new now!
Trek is fortunate to have an employee with Tennisen’s expertise and ability!

I checked out the Trek FX6, but ended up buying the Specialized Sirrus X6 instead, due to lower gearing for hill climbing, better brakes, better looks. However, I bought two of your Bontrager Boulevard Fluid seats, and it is good. I appreciate that your crew measured my rear end, to come up with the right size of seat. That is revolutionary.
