The Heber Trek shop is well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My family has purchased Trek bike three separate times now, and each time it has been a positive experience. Trek bike are very high quality and we have thoroughly enjoyed them over the years.

Every time I’ve used Trek’s services, I’ve felt like they know their stuff, they listen to my concerns without judgment and take care of my problems in good time.

There are so many things to love about our local Trek service. 1) They are always excited to see you. 2) Even when I come in unannounced with a potential little issue, they literally drop everything, put the bike on the stand and take a quick look. Often they can get you on your way in minutes but sometimes it may take an hour but the situation is addressed faster than you can get your bike in the door. 3) The service techs are incredibly well trained so I have no concerns with anything they do or suggest. I have a vintage bike but it never bothers them, bike is perfect when done. 4) The prices are incredibly reasonable for the repairs done but you get the amazing service as a bonus. I tell all my friends and never even consider going elsewhere for my bikes. Thanks!
