I regularly take our bikes, both road, gravel and mountain bikes, to them for servicing. Attentive to my needs with good turnaround time. Service all brands, not just Trek. We have several Specialized bikes and a Salsa that we have serviced there as well as our Treks. Will continue to use and recommend to others as well.

Staff was super attentive and friendly. Even though they were all busy with a task (2 separate customers, and a shipment just being delivered) everyone greeted me and let me know they would be asap. Dropped of my 10 year old bike that was in sad need of attention and they took care of it and got it back to me the next day. Hopefully I can show my bike as much attention! Thanks gang!
