I was really impressed with the service attendant. He put my bike up, made the necessary repairs and told me what I needed to do to use my new brakes. Very happy with the service!
The employees at Trek are very knowledgeable and get to know you as a person. Our Electra e-bikes are high quality and anything that has happened that needed to be tweaked was taken care of with zero issue. Chadd always makes sure to greet me and talk to me and Adam in Service goes above and beyond every time we need something put on the bikes. This is the best bike shop I have ever worked with and hope to work with them for years to come.

The mechanics are top of the line, they will solve 99.9% of issues with your ride. Overall the staff is very welcoming and they are truly walking encyclopedias in the bike world. 🇺🇸🫡 ( much love for Justin and Joe) and the whole crew.
The best bike shop in our area. I think people might be intimidated by the word trek thinking their service department is going to be expensive, but they are very reasonable, timely and knowledgeable. I’ve used them several times and will continue to use them.
Manager Joe and technician Adam are awesome. This is my "GO TO" bike shop. My bikes mean the world to me and I will only use this bike shop because of this team.
I brought my bike in to have the cassette removed and installed on a different e-bike motor. As soon as I walked in I was attended to and the technician swapped my cassette within about 15 minutes or less. Excellent service.
Adam in the Service department was awesome got my bike running perfect with the level on tune up. Even brought my key to me for my battery that that got left at the shop.
I recently brought my 2024 trek Damani AL five in for some service. The bike was brought in on Sunday and I was told that I could pick it up Tuesday evening. When I called it was not done, and the mechanic said he was down one person due to illness, and he apologized greatly for it,. It was no problem for me, I appreciated his honesty and he told me that he would have it ready first thing the following morning. He had it ready. The bike looked good and clean. It was just a level one service. I rode it that afternoon and the shifting, braking and everything else was working better than before. It was a complementary service because it was still within one year of purchasing my bike. I appreciated their honesty and their level of professionalism. They got the job done and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks, Tim.
Chad is awesome! I’ve been debating pulling the trigger on a new bike for some time. As a novice, many shoppes treated me as such, which has always brought some discomfort to me to get started in the sport, but along came Chad. From the time I walked in, to the time I picked up my new build a week later, he was attentive, non-judgmental, & took the time to walk me through everything step by step. I truly appreciate him & his service.
